Went to drive thru. Requested 4 extra cups of teriyaki sauce. The guy said I’m ONLY ALLOWED 3 CUPS PER ORDER. OF course One comes with the order. Since the cups are so small I actually need 5 cups which is why I order 4 extra cups. So the guy says In order to get a 4th cup I can order an egg roll!!!! That’s BS. I wanted #1 with no veggies. I got s small piece of chicken which was a RIP OFF!!!! As a customer if I am paying for food and amenities the. I SHOULD be allowed to get as many cups of sauce that I need to enjoy my meal. NOT be forced to buy something else just to get another cup of sauce!!!!!! I will NEVER go back the the JUAN TABO STORE. Maybe you might want to consider another location.

Had the normal teriyaki chicken bowl. A Classic tasty dish from the 1980s that didn’t disappoint. The only thing keeping this from a 5star review is that I feel/wish it would be less expensive. I remember the bowls being $5 back in the day. If the price today was $10 or under, this would be a fantastic deal! But I get it. They gotta make money and a profit. …or maybe have a certain day of the week where they do throwback prices on items! Like every Wednesday have $7 bowls.

Tonight my family and I went to order food, we ordered and as we get to the window they tell us for 2 plates it’s $32 we ask and say that doesn’t sound right they said pricing went up a month ago. So I looked at their website and the pricing we got charged is totally different then what is advertised on the website. Photos are added as well. So I call the store and ask for the manager and all she does is yell at me if you don’t like price don’t come back.. then I ask for the owner contact information and she says I’m the owner . Not only did I get completely ripped off and was yelled and screamed at by the owner my wife found plastic in her food. So it’s safe to say stay far away from this place.

For less than $10 with tax you cannot beat the flavor, quality and overall value. This is not at all your typical fast food. It is actually pretty healthy, satisfying and delicious. I would highly recommend this place for a quick and very affordable bite to eat!

It’s been a while since I’d been there. Prices have gone way up! But the portion sizes have remained the same, or maybe a little bigger. chicken bowl is larger than I remember, but the other item wr ordered, teriyaki chicken and fries, was a ton of fries and minimal chicken.
Food is still good, but I’m just not sure it’s worth the $13 for the signature food item, chicken bowl.

If I could do a zero star I would we used to love coming here we haven’t eaten this in a really long time and we’re really looking forward to it we pulled up and needed a few moments to look at the menu some things have been taken off so we were looking when we started ordering the guy taking our order started off rude asking is that it what else the last thing I ordered I didn’t hear him repeat the number due to a big loud truck in front of me so when I repeated it he answered that’s what I said I told him he didn’t have to be rude I didn’t hear him I couldn’t back out and leave because there was another big truck behind me I asked to speak to the manager at the window he wasn’t apologetic he just said I understand ok ok I’ve been in customer service for 21 yrs and NEVER NEVER have I talked to a customer like that I understand about being busy and wanting to go home I get it I’m a waitress and a mom I’m on my feet all day literally but there is absolutely NO REASON for me to be treated the way I was another paying customer and everywhere we eat we always order a lot and over $100 we were gonna order more than what we did but at the window I canceled sorry but they will NOT be getting any more business from my family
