The lo mein and fried rice is okay. the crab Rangoons and dumplings are actually really good also.
The General Tso Chicken tasted like sink water unfortunately. Very odd taste, that is unpleasant to say the least. Also, there was a constant beeping, that is very loud, constantly going off.
The staff was very nice and courteous, and even made sure everything was double checked on my order. I almost forgot my drink but they realized and grabbed it. Very nice people.
Prices are about what you expect.

I am sad to see some of these reviews. I have had overall good experiences at this place! The lady is never ill-mannered with and usually quite pleasant!
Food is always good with the exception of only a couple times that my shrimp was overcooked; however, I never expect perfection from takeout. This place *always* gets the order right, usually has it out in the time they estimate, and is consistently tasty! The only thing I wish they’d add to the menu us egg drop soup!!! I will continue to eat here as long as this keeps up!

I tried this place for the first and last time. The rice & egg rolls were okay, the chicken on the other hand sucked. Got general tsos. The chicken was almost dry as if there was no sauce on it. The sauce had absolutely no flavor to it. The chicken even tasted and smelled like fish. Gross.

I would recommend this new and small restaurant. I tried the Sesame Chicken, Steak Teriyaki bowl, white rice, chicken teriyaki bowl, fried rice, and vegetable spring rolls. Overall the food was hot, crispy, and delicious. The vegetables were not drooping and freshly steamed. The front counter associate was very friendly! I ordered inside and all of my food was ready in 15 minutes. Very fast and friendly service with great tasting food! I highly recommend trying them out. I will definitely be back!

The lady that waited on me was nice but food not so good. Sesame chicken tasted like fish, real nasty taste. My husband said it tasted like bad oil to him, must be they cook everything together and don’t change the oil. Fred rice was real dry and no taste. Noodles were just as bad with no taste to them. Not sure what happened but this place used to be real good. Prices aren’t cheap for this bad of quality food. So disappointing!

The food is good. The woman who takes orders and gives them out is beyond rude. The atmosphere is chaotic because they promise pick up times that are not achievable. We started going here because the food was good and cheaper than where we used to go in Rome. We will be going back there because they were never rude and always had things ready within a reasonable time frame. We’ve given teriyaki bros multiple chances thinking they would get better and spent hundreds of dollars but honestly they’ve gotten worse with timing and customer service. It’s worth spending a little more money for quality customer service.

I was excited to give this place a try as I liked the place when it was ‘Mayflower’ prior to being sold and turned into this place.
However, I spend a lot on meals which weren’t full trays at all. And yes, paid extra for the large AND Paid extra for lo’mein which was HORRIBLE. The sesame chicken was very fatty, Not crispy and few seemed under cooked. I SHOULDNT have ordered two of them meals.
Sweet-and-sour chicken also fatty. What is going on !?!?
I am not at all happy with this place.

The food is ok – basic Chinese food, nothing to write home about but not bad either. Prices are high for what you get – their “combo meals” aren’t actually combos, you have to pay an additional price for an egg roll. The biggest problem is the service. It’s always the same lady at the front counter who literally screams at you. “Move here”, “Hurry up” barking your total at you and holding her hand out for money. Loud, rude and very clearly hates her job. It’s never a pleasant experience, but typically tolerable. The worst experience was based around their hours – they say they are open to 930/1030 – says it on their menu, Google and their posted hours in their window – I walked in at 945 – 45 minutes before they “close” and was literally screamed at that they are closed. Open sign was on and again the hours posted – I tried to explain the hours are wrong then and they should update them, to which, the same lady said “I know time we close and we closed.” A horrible customer service experience.

This place has gone downhill very quickly. It is disappointing to see how fast they have went from a place that we enjoy to somewhere we will never go again. The first two times we went there, we had good service, hot food, and a nice time. Today, we had a completely opposite experience. We drove all the way from Boonville to Rome for Chinese food tonight and, from the moment we stepped foot in to the building, the experience kept getting worse. The woman taking our order was very rude. In the middle of my husband giving our order, she cut him off rudely to ask “are you ready yet?” To which he said “yes” and then she walked into the back without another word! She then proceeded to stay gone for about three minutes before walking back out and asking him “are you all ready now or just you?” (Which, by the way, we were all ready to begin with). This should’ve been our first red flag, however, we assumed that she was probably just having a bad day and gave our order anyway. She told us it would be about a 10 to 15 minute wait. We sat down and quietly waited for about 20 to 25 minutes. When our food finally came out, it was cold. Inedibly cold. My husband walked up to the woman who did not come out despite seeing him standing there for about five minutes. When she finally did come out, she directly ignored him. He then told her that all of our food was cold, and she cut him off mid sentence! As he was explaining that we had just waited for cold food in a very kind way, the woman started talking to other customers over him and directly ignoring what he was saying. Eventually, he just asked for a take-home bag so that we could go home and microwave our food. She gave him his bag dismissively and said nothing else. That was an absolutely awful experience with terrible customer service, freezing food, and an hour long round-trip for nothing but disrespect. That will be the last time we ever go to teriyaki Bros again. (To make it worse, the only reason we even went out so far is that I’m pregnant and was craving Chinese food and had remembered them to be a nice place. How disappointing.)

Was happy to see this store was open. Didn’t hear too much about it but decided to give it a try. They didn’t have a full restaurant menu. It’s like an Asian fast food store but with much healthier options. Wait was a few minutes as they prepared my order.
The Teriyaki chicken was marinaded and grilled very well.
I didn’t choose spicy – and it’s perfect for anyone who can’t handle heat. You can add an egg roll and your choice of rice (brown/white/fried) or noodles to turn it into a meal. I choose large, which was perfect for two people.
I’m writing a day later and can affirm that the food was both cooked and I’m looking forward to try them again!
Marked down for atmosphere because the was nobody there when I visited but it’s clean and has good seating for you to enjoy a meal with friends there. Also, where is the cool background music?
