HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
On March 3, 2026 at 1:45 PM, I placed an order for three meals for pickup. When I arrived at the restaurant, the young woman working at the front counter treated me with an extremely rude and disrespectful attitude.
She charged me and handed me a receipt that only showed the total amount. When I politely asked for a detailed breakdown of what I was being charged for, she flat-out refused and said, “That’s how it is here. We don’t itemize orders, only totals.” No explanation. No courtesy. No professionalism.
That is completely unacceptable. Customers have every right to see exactly what they are paying for. Refusing to provide an itemized receipt is not only unprofessional, it raises serious concerns about transparency.
To make matters worse, this is not the first time I’ve experienced her terrible attitude. Every time I’ve ordered for pickup and she is there, the service is unpleasant and hostile.
If the owners care about their business, they need to seriously address this employee’s behavior. Customer service like this drives people away.

Oct 9 sushi didn’t come with wasabi. Very disappointed. even after I order wasabi. Food safety issues Raw finished cannot be consumed without wasabi!!! Very dissatisfied. Absolutely Delicious! A Must-Try Spot
Teri Teri Restaurant never disappoints. Their #D7 California Tempura is unbelievably good — crispy, fresh, and perfectly balanced. It’s easily one of the best rolls I’ve had anywhere.
The other dishes are just as impressive:
D6 Unagi Roll – rich, tender, and full of flavor.
D10 Unagi Sushi – melts in your mouth; truly exceptional quality.
E5 Chicken Breast – juicy, well-seasoned, and cooked to perfection.
Every item I’ve tried here has been consistently delicious. Highly recommended!

Which made me want to tell her what’s her problem? The food is good but the staff needs a lot of improvement specially when it comes the customer service and the information provided is misleading.
The hours of operation online and outside the restaurant are the same. However, at any point in time that they want, they tell you that the dining services are not available even when it’s almost 2 hours before closing according to the posted schedule. They are not consist and they change the schedule as they please.
Don’t recommend coming to this restaurant, the management should focus on providing accurate information and not misleading customers.

I take my family to eat at Teri’s today and the cashier seems to have an attitude the minute we start ordering. I specifically gave her an order that she messes up, so I kindly bring her the order she messed up so she can fix it. She bring out a new order with hair on the plate!! Again I go up to the counter quietly and politely to speak about this hair on my son’s food. The other older lady who was assisting the younger cashier says she will make another one. The younger cashier comes with another order and this point I go to show her the hair incase its in question and she says “oh but what if it’s hers” and looks at my daughter who is sitting across from my son and her hair is a whole different color than the one iam showing her! This made me feel disrespected that not only have they not apologized for a hair in my son’s food or originally messing up his order but now this cashier is accusing us of this? Really? I already paid for our meal? I don’t want a free meal!!!! I need them to know that’s not ok! The restaurant had a lot of people inside and I could have made a scene but that is not my character! This cashier needs to be demoted to dish washer until she learns the proper way to interact with customers especially in a situation like this! Looking at the rest of reviews you have alot of complaints specifically about this cashier. Which now makes me to believe than when she originally messed up my son’s order ( after we went over it 3 times) and I wanted her to exchange it that the next order has hair in it? Isn’t that ironic? I have been eating your restaurant for over 10 years but after this I can no longer support a business that doesn’t hold their employees accountable!

The food is delicious but the catering a scam. They give you a big but thin tray of the meats but give you the rice in a to-go container. They charge you $102 dollars for “catering” but the portions are unrealistic. Do better Teri Teri. Don’t cater from here.

I really enjoyed this place! Their dishes are delicious and very flavorful. I especially liked the Teri Teri Sandwich, which is like a deep-fried sushi roll The service is great as well!

Employee was rude in the phone and said it was not her problem that I hadn’t recieved my
Order yet. I was very nice and she was extremely rude. I called because my
Order was over an hour late. It wasn’t even the first time . This happened few weeks prior where the order was 2 hours late and still never arrived.
