In a fast-paced world where many restaurants rely on pre-made meals and shortcuts, we chose a different path. Our sauce begins with a piece of ginger, a handful of local dark sugar, and a pot of sake—simmered for hours in a clay pot until it condenses into a rich, amber glaze. From day one, our goal has been clear — to serve food that is prepared fresh every day, never pre-made. At Teriyaki, it’s not just about the sauce. It’s about respecting the ingredients, the craft, and the people we serve.

Everything was great! The service was friendly and welcoming The food was really good, especially the fried pork dumplings, my friend and I were actually the first customers in trying their new drinks! We tried 3 different flavors! Mango, Peach and Grape & Pomelo, the Mango one is the best one! This place will definitely become your favorite spot!
We got the fried pork dumplings and were pleasantly surprised. They were cruchy and full of flavor. They were served with a sweet and a little bit tangy sauce that when paired with the dumpling it was delicious. I ordered the chicken and shrimp teriyaki with fried rice. The shrimp were plump and juicy and the chicken was delicious. It was paired with some vegetables and it is a good sized portion. My wife ordered the chicken teriyaki bento box. Her chicken was same as mine but hers came with white rice 2 cruchy spring rolls, a side salad with a delicious ginger based dressing and six pieces of a fresh roll. Daughter ordered the dynamite roll and while it looked small it was packed with flavor. Lastly we ordered the shrimp shumai. They were fried shimp balls served with the same sweet and tangy sauce. While these shrimp balls were good and flavorful, they were our least favorite.
Drinks are limited to fountain drinks and bottle sodas including mexican and japanese.
All in all this is a great little hole in the wall restaurant that climbed to the top of places we will frequent in the future.
Try them out.
