We ordered 4 dozen for Christmas Eve. A dozen of pork, chicken, rojas, and spinach each. They were absolutly amazing and the service was super fast. I would have loved reheat directions, but we figured that out so it wasn’t a big deal. The salsas and pico de gallo were great, also. I love that the catering menu has vegetarian (a little spicy) and vegan (well seasoned) options. Our family of 7 ate on these for days so the price didn’t feel outrrageous.

This is the only place you can find great Tamales in Huntsville right now. They are consistently great every time I buy them.
They always have fresh food and I will only order my tamales from here. (Tacos a great to!)

I followed the Facebook page so I knew when they would be serving birria tacos. I finally got to try them the other day and it was AMAZING! They were absolutely loaded with meat and cheese & were full of flavor. I can’t wait to go back again. The food truck made the whole gas station parking lot smell good. There’s one picnic type table provided which would seat maybe 4 people. I think it is mostly to take and go, though. Also the white colored agua Fresca I got tasted like chalk lol. Next time I’ll get a coke

The tamales are ok they are not a big deal, they barely have meat and they very small. Also they are over priced $2.50 for a tamal is way too much!!! on top of that you have to pay extran$1.50 or more for the topping!!! Waist of time and money.

Tamales are fantastic and so is their service! Fresh Agua Fresca is a must. I love this food truck. They have a special price for a half dozen just ask. I’m a big fan of the chicken tamales with the salsa Verde but the others are great too.
