Got 2 subs. Asked for no lettuce on one and was clear they put lettuce on it then took it off leaving little bit of lettuce on it. My 2nd sub i asked for no tomatoes and it was loaded with tomatoes. Then I got a side of pasta salad. Looked great but didnt taste good at all. Smelled and tasted (musty) like it was sitting in a old antique refrigerator for a couple of days. Never going here again!

This establishment is wonderful. There was an unfortunate mixup with ordering with them and thinking it was the 38th st location when in actuality the establishment on 38th did them and I dirty saying they were affiliated and would call and they would make and correct it no worries. I didn’t think anything of it. All of a sudden I get a call from this location about reminder of my order that’s complete and waiting I was confused and let them know what happened. These guys so kindly let me know the basically scammed us both and I felt so horrible! They kept saying no worries but it was a larger order and let’s face it them having to wait the cost was a big loss. The gentleman I spoke with was so kind and I kept apologizing. Thank you for your kindness and I will make sure to support you all

We got an Italian sub and an antipasto. Both were delicious! One large sub and the antipasto fed 4 adults. The sub was packed with meats, cheese, and veggies. Definitely recommend!

Went on a whim with the family for dinner and was met with extraordinarily friendly staff and an AMAZING selection of subs to choose from. I was in awe at the rock bottom prices compared to the humongous portions these guys offer – they don’t skimp!!! The ladies were so generous and quick with our orders it was incredible! Absolutely recommend this Teresa’s subs for anyone who wants to ball on a budget and have some of the kindest customer service Erie can offer.

Teresa’s is not an eat in place. It’s carry out. (Only reason atmosphere was docked a point) The employees are always helpful and friendly. I’ve had two graduation parties and they catered both. I wouldn’t consider any other place for my catering. With catered food they send you home with a hotbox to keep your foods hot. (Just make sure you return it the next day! They need that back!) We’ve had ox roast, rigatoni, fried chicken, baked chicken, cheese potatoes, and antipasta salad. The ox roast comes with rolls and butter. The antipasta is packed full of meat and cheese and garbanzo beans and tomatoes, it also comes with ranch and Italian dressing. The food is to die for.

Employees working here are rude, uneducated and have zero idea on how the business world works past the cash register. It’s quite sad actually. Employees are the face of the business and when they are rude and uneducated, that reflects badly on the business and owner.

Food was good, but no bodega. Staff was nice. I think an updated overhaul of the outside and interior would be beneficial, for sure. No café seating. Prices are good, but limited menu.

Only buy your sandwich here if you want one of the best in town. Seriously. This old-style deli has graced the corner of W. 32nd and Greengarden since forever and offers superb authentic food.
