I give this place 5 stars but if I could it would be 10 stars. The food was the best. It was hot and fresh. I got the enchiladas and my husband got the chicken fajitas. I tasted his food. Next time I’ll get that it was so tasty. All around the food and people were great. We went back the next day and I ordered the fajitas and my husband got the fajitas too plus we got desert this time.

Hector, you are doing a great job here. I love this place. The food was great, just the server we had didn’t listen to what I ordered. You could have made more money off my order if the old man would have listen to what I ordered. Then he comes back with a small amount of steak and my my meal a combination. Which I told him was wrong. I told him I wanted sizzling fajitas along with fried shrimp on the side. My plate only made one steak taco. What a disappointment to me. I think he is also the bartender because he was making drinks. He seems very lazy to take care of me and my son. Both of our drinks were empty the whole time. The lemonade doesn’t take too great it could have been made better. The plus is your door greeters did a nice job on making me feel welcome even though it was a 15-minute wait. The server older man didn’t even ask how our food tasted. I will definitely come back but want a different server other than that older man.

I hadn’t been in this restaurant in over 15 years so I was excited to find the food was still great. I ordered their house or original margarita with my lunch and it was also yummy. Then the bill came and I discovered the margarita they advertise for $2.99 for happy hour, was $12.00 regular price. This wasn’t exotic tequila, just a regular margarita. When I asked the manager if the price was right, he assured me it was. When I complained about the price, the manager argued with me and said they don’t post the liquor prices as they change all the time. He also explained it was hand made, etc. then showed me the Happy Hour Board with the $2.99 price but insisted the $12 price was correct.
I would not have paid $12 for an ordinary house margarita at a local restaurant. I’m not only upset about the price, but the manager handled this all wrong. By not offering to adjust that price by even 10%, he lost a good customer. He was extremely rude and defensive.
So, while the food was great and our server was very good, I cannot give the Tequilas in Farmington, NM a good review. I am rating them at a 3 because of the way this manager handled my issue.
Times are tough and my friend and I were “treating” ourselves today. I used to frequent this establishment years ago and was always treated great. This manager needs to learn the first rule of customer service – keep your cool and keep the customer coming back by treating them with respect and doing all you can to makes things right.

Great place. If you’re looking for this restaurant, it’s connected to a hotel, so keep an eye out for it. Delicious food. Ordered the Carne Asada entree which was amazing. Also the salsa has a very nice kick to it. Everything was great except the entree came with a small scoop of guacamole. It’s was not enough. I asked for a little more guacamole and got charged 3 dollars for a tiny scoop. Other than that this was a terrific place.

The food was excellent. The service could’ve been a bit better. I asked for chips and salsa to go after I was finished with my meal. They handed them to me halfway through my meal. They asked me if I wanted another drink and I said yes. I had to remind the server that I was still waiting for my drink after he had passed me several times. But all in all it was good. It’s the food that matters.

My brother went here with his family and he definitely recommends it. Me and my parents went here for a late lunch and the restaurant is very spacious for a small building. The staff are nice and welcoming. I ordered shrimp fajitas and they were fine because the shrimp were a little over cooked. But my parents ordered enchilada plates and the enchiladas were delicious a 10/10. Perfect portion size and affordable.
