I wasn’t happy with my experience. All of our drinks has a very strange, unappealing aftertaste. The food was better but the plate came out with extra moisture, softening the taco shell. For the amount I paid, I was pretty displeased.
On the other hand, the server was extremely polite and attentive and the chips and salsa were delicious. The menu was also refreshingly varied.

Went with My Fiance last night for dinner for Father’s Day. We heard there was new owners and this has always been our spot. We have been here over the years as many, many times through a couple of different owners.
The service was exceptional, as well as the food!! The head of front of house was so helpful suggesting different appetizers, and specialty drinks. Gave us ideas on what to try next time we came as well. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience! Margaritas were so good (Our favorite is the guava) we will definitely be returning!!

I went to Waterbury to try the new Mamjuana restaurant, and the wait was 2 hours. I figured I’ll try something else, Ecuadorian food why not. I’m so happy I did, the food was great, the service was great and the music and vibez was nice. The chicken was seasoned to perfection, the ceviche was really good, lots of flavor.

It is entirely too loud. The DJ was completely at fault for that. I couldn’t really hear the waitress and vice versa. I just pointed to what I wanted. The bar girls are nice. They have security on the weekend nights that will pay you down, so dress and pack accordingly. I would go back for lunch, but not going back when the music is loud like that.

Stopped here to grab some lunch with my family. It wasn’t busy at all. Staff speaks spanish & English. Five of us in a both with two kids made it work however I recommend a table or sitting outside if there’s more than 4 of you. Homely atmosphere. Food was made fresh and to order. Although there was a little misunderstanding while ordering and they fixed it right away but one of the kids had to wait while everyone else got their food. Tacos were good just a little dry. Burritos were good. I ordered apple turnover and exspected a flaky pastry and got something else that more like apple pie roll ala mode but it was still good.

Always great service here …food is fresh and very flavorful…the green tomatillo sauce on the simmered pork was delicious…..the combos are the go to for me ….I always ask for extra mole sauce….be forewarned it’s an acquired taste…the fresh chips and salsa are not to be left out …will continue to come here!!!

My 14 yo suggested this place for a late lunch/early dinner. The food was really good. I got the Burrito Grande with beef. It was delicious! Actual chunks of beef/steak not ground beef. So amazing! The rice I did not like. The beans were yummy. My son loves their rice. The coffee drink I ordered was so yummy! My son had a Gringo Burger. He enjoyed it. The fries were nothing to get excited for tbh.
The wait time wait longer than usual according to my son. I was confused as the place was dead but they may have been preparing for the huge 15 party family that came in. I would definitely revisit!

….. update 2022 not worth it at all no chips n salsa nomore , i asked for a Mexican seasoned burger the burger i got was so nasty dry and plain tasted like just straight ground beef i asked for carmelized onions nope my husbands sandwich for 12$ as tinyyyy just we will never go back they charge per soda even tho it’s fountain drinks seriously that’s such a rip off
