I didn’t expect to like it here as much as I did. They have their own private parking lot. The ambiance is just as awesome overlooking the river as Docksides and Duke’s, but there’s not as much outdoor seating. Our server was kind, attentive, and quick. The nachos were awesome and filled us up so much we didn’t have room for our entree. The food was so flavorful, and we were able to get 2 additional dinners out of them. If you’re a tequila buff, they have a lot of different options. We recommend!

The atmosphere was great! Visited in the winter, while the river was iced over. Drinks were on point. Maragrita glasses were purrty. Food was less than par. When I think Mexican, I think flavorful and piping hot. Got a steak bowl. First one was sent back because there was a hair on my avocados. The second plate food was warm and steak was overcooked. The server may’ve been newish as she mixed up our orders a bit and didn’t seem as friendly after my food was sent back. If, I return it’d probably only be for drinks.

My husband and I went one night, and the food was great! We had to wait to be seated outside, but it was worth the wait! We orderd chips and guacamole, bacon wrapped jalapeños, fajitas, peanut butter pie, coconut cream cake, and it all was delicious! Portion sizes are great, and we even ended up bringing alot of it back to the hotel! Staff was really nice, and we even got to watch some (unexpected) fireworks that were happening across the river!

Came here 2 years ago with my siblings and got the Birria Nachos. I’ve been dreaming of them since. For Christmas this year, my brother bought me two orders of the Birria Nachos. He requested they pack each ingredient individually so they’d keep and the staff was absolutely accommodating. The portions are amazing. The queso is to die for. The birria is the best I’ve ever had. Thank you everyone on staff this past Tuesday who put together two orders of individually packed birria nachos! They also reheated super easily and perfectly <3

Not a bad place. If you’ve never been there, when you arrive, it looks very cool and sends good vibes. The tables and chairs are real tight, they could make it a better experience just by giving customers just a bit more room in my opinion… I’m going to assume it depends on the night and who your server is, a good 25-35 minutes went by before being checked on. Nobody was rude, just lacking with attentiveness. The nachos weren’t bad at all. The chicken breast seemed dry and unseasoned but the rice mixture they do is bomb.

Just great vibes and the food was delicious. I had the fiesta salad with chicken added. The dressing was so good, too!

Tequila Wellies is such a vibe! The ambience is really, really good… cozy but lively at the same time, perfect for hanging out. The food and drinks were on point, definitely worth coming back for. Service was great too.. the staff were polite, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall, it’s not just dinner, it feels like an experience. Loved it!

Our group of 11 people had a great meal together! We were there during a weekday, in the winter, but the view was still nice and the interior is just as remarkable! Very festive! Service was quick, food was delicious and overall it was nice experience. I loved the Carne Asada tacos on the corn shells (shells are homemade) and will need to order them for take-out at lunch very soon!

Today was our first time dining at Tequila Willies. The atmosphere is nice; I’m sure on Friday evenings and weekends during the summer it’s a lively place.
For $48 (without tip included), we had the Fiesta salad, shrimp street tacos, side of French fries, soft drink and a margarita-type drink, and upcharge for sauce for the fries. Portions are huge, almost too large and the food quality was unfortunately not great. The Spanish rice served with the street tacos was the best part, very tasty.
I asked for no tomatoes or peppers with my salad, and Dustin confirmed, but when the meal came out, the salad was covered in diced tomatoes and sliced peppers. Unfortunately, Dustin, although friendly, never checked on us again until it was time for our check (despite checking on tables on the deck numerous times we witnessed), so I didn’t get an opportunity to let him know the kitchen made it with the ingredients I can’t eat.
My mother enjoyed the street tacos and her margarita drink. The French fries were in a huge portion but came out cold. Again, if we had been checked on we could have discreetly mentioned this. Additionally, we didn’t get drink refills. Dustin was very nice and maybe today was an off day, but he was inattentive to us as the one table inside. It’s simple but customers just want to feel seen. Furthermore, I saw him on his cell phone behind the bar, and although I understand we’re humans and have lives, but when customers feel ignored, behaviors like that hurt the business. Again, maybe today was an off day and we unfortunately received poor service.
I’m glad we tried Tequila Willies today, however we wouldn’t return and I don’t recommend the restaurant when there are superior establishments with better food and more attentive service nearby in Harrisburg, Lemoyne and New Cumberland.

We had a group of 8 on a Sunday and the staff and food was great. This Southwest food was just as advertised. I had the Brisket burger and it was HUGE and cooked perfectly.
