Absolutely amazing addition to Grayson!
Urbana is exactly what this area needed — high-quality food!! excellent service, and a warm, modern atmosphere. Every dish we tried was flavorful and beautifully presented. The staff was friendly and attentive without being overbearing. I truly hope this place succeeds because Grayson has been needing a restaurant of this caliber for a long time. We’ll definitely be back!

My husband found a roach in his drink they stated it flew down from the roof top. It was a German roach. Those usually come for an infestation. He kept saying he didn’t know what to do he was sorry. Sorry doesn’t fix the issue that was unacceptable we will never ever patronize this business again. If you don’t mind taking a chance that a roach will be in you food or drinks by all means go here. It was a mama roach with a egg sac attached

I was a bit bummed when the former location San Lucas closed down, but this restaurant that opened in its’ place is amazing! The food is incredible and very authentic! Christian was working the bar and his service exceeded all expectations! I’m glad I found my new favorite Mexican spot!

We sat at the bar and had a nice time. The vibe was good and the bar team was pleasant and personable. They even gave everyone a celebratory tequilla shot on the house! I enjoyed the “Cadillac” but with added passion fruit puree. Before we left, the manager asked for feedback. This was our go-to place before and I’m happy to say that we have a place again!

Be careful when you go to this place and look at your check prior to paying your bill. My wife and friends (group of 5) had a 21% gratuity automatically added to each bill. This was not noticed by several in the group and they ended up tipping generously (+20%) in addition to what was automatically added. They ended up tipping in excess of 40%.

The service at Urbano is next level. The food is hands down authentic and the tortillas are hand made. I highly recommend this place, I am sure once you try and taste you will fully agree! Customers for life!
