I loved the small atmosphere. Welcoming and family like. My family loved their meals and drinks. However, I was not please with the meal I received that offered steak & pork disguised at beef jerky. The sausage was on point and flavorful but the rest i felt like I was chewing leather. I know I should have complained but it’s Friday and I know they are busy and ate it. Overall a great experience

Okay; I’m convinced this spot is a hidden gem! Great portion sizes and prices. Each week night they do a special. Thursdays are BOGO margaritas. Staff was kind, and food was flavorful! You definitely get lots of food for what you pay for. They also have 2 different birria items on the menu; birria tacos and a birria quesadilla.

Chicken overload!
Was looking for spots I haven’t checked out along my trip home, and found this rather nice looking Mexican joint. A little hidden in the Hannaford plaza, this seemed like a nice place to eat in at but I’m a take-out guy so I wasn’t able to experience the cool vibes inside for very long.
Order online on their website, going with the Bean Nachos and Chicken Burrito Loco. Total came to just over $35 before tip, a pretty fair price I would say, especially after I was able to confirm just how much meat they pit in that burrito. Seesh.
Once back home I gave everything a quick sampling to make sure I could taste it while still warm. The nachos were excellent. Good proportions of cheese and beans topping the chips, which sadly were rather floppy by the time I got them home. The flavor was still perfect though. The burrito was next, and, well, it was nothing but chicken. Never had a burrito quite like it, where the only ingredient inside said burrito was a single type of meat. Don’t get me wrong, the chicken was cooked great, had wonderful flavor, and there was a lot of it for the price I paid. But, maybe, too much. I actually would have enjoyed something a bit smaller, more compact, as I had trouble getting through the last cup or so of chicken as it was just so much of the same flavor and texture. There was a side dish of lettuce, sour cream, and whatnot, but would have preferred them ‘inside’ the burrito. Oh, and there was a bag of chips and salsa, but boy howdy, that salsa was basil central.
Overall I think the choice of burrito I made was not what I was expecting, but the nachos were super yummy. And I got enough leftover to make a lunch out of it tomorrow.

Great Mexican good. The food is excellent. I could eat this food 3 times a week. It’s like someone cooked you a home made Mexican meal. I’ve tried numerous entrees and my favorite is the chicken fajita dinner although everything I have ordered has been great. So much food …so much flavor. I just love this place. I feel lucky it opened in glenville.

This was my first time visiting this restaurant. The staff were very nice and accommodating. The restaurant seems to be very family friendly, brought over a height chair for the baby. Food was yummy, only complaint is that if you get a taco meal with multiple tacos they make you get all of the same type and don’t let you try the other types ie either all chicken or chorizo tacos instead of 1 chicken, 1 chorizo and one other flavor. Also the taco meal doesn’t come with a side of rice and beans which most other places do.

This was BY FAR the best Mexican food we have had in a long time!!! 10/10, 5 stars, all of the above. We had the nachos, chorizo tacos, chicken fajitas, and the burrito guadalajara. Excellent service, quick and delicious food, absolutely beautiful decor and layout, exceptionally fair prices, etc. I always try to find at least one thing that ‘needs improvement’ after all the positive praise and I can’t find one with this place. It’s nice to have something so fresh and local; They’ll have their liquor license within the next week or two so we will definitely be back for some Margaritas! Highly recommend.

We went last night. It was Monday and somewhat busy. We were seated right away. Service was friendly and quick. They do not have their liquor license yet but do have a large assortment of nonalcoholic drinks. We got the chicken chimichangas and the tequila fajitas which had chicken, shrimp and steak. The seasoning they used was excellent. We will be back very soon.

This great, little diamond in the rough became a favorite for me very quickly! The food is tasty and the plate size is more than enough! The service is pleasant and quick and they offer a nice selection of margaritas. The atmosphere is cozy and the music is enjoyable. Be sure to try this spot out when in the area!!

Muy excellente! The decore is what hits you first. I may never have seen such a beautiful Mexican restaurant. The food was fantastic, and the woman who served us was very friendly and helpful! She even gave me this incredible, edible, Mexican sundae for FREE for my birthday, without even asking for it!
Definitely check out this hole-in-the-wall hidden gem. Great atmosphere, great food, great price, and great service!
(I ordered the $9.99 Chimichanga lunch special with guacamole, and the sundae I believe included fried ice-cream in a tasty fried sugar-tortilla shell)
