We were seated promptly because there was no one here. We had to wait 15 mins for drinks and then another 45 mins for food despite only having 2 other tables to serve. They served breakfast but they were out of coffee.
I ordered a huevos rancheros but was presented with breakfast tacos. When i pointed it out, i was told that’s how they serve it. What??
The burrito rice was poorly seasoned, the vegetables were not steamed but just blanced.
The tamles were a poor imitation.
Mimosas were watered down and made with pulp juice.

This place totally knocks the ball out of the park. It’s very clean. Every person that works there treats you like family. I’ve had several meals there and everything was perfectly prepared. It is refreshing to see that level of pride and service. Tequila Frogs is a must visit when in the area. The fresh squeezed Orange Crush is amazing. Perhaps even addicting!

Stopped into Tequila Frogs on a whim and so happy we did!
The space is so bright, fun, and welcoming! The owner was so thoughtful and personable also. Frozen mango margarita and Pina colada’s were perfect after the beach. And the tacos were delicious! We love this spot and will definitely be adding it to our trip anytime we’re in OCMD!

Our experience at the new Tequila Frogs was truly wonderful. The staff and the owner were super nice and helpful. Fun and comfortable atmosphere. The food was tasty and fresh. Tres Amigos tacos (combo – one of each), steak fajitas, shrimp del fuego, enchiladas, street corn (yum!), and Mexican rice pictured. The group also had queso, guac, chicken tacos, and I can’t forget about the delicious sopapillas. Everyone loved their choices. Cocktails were great, too. Frozen margaritas and the cherry-lime crush. Wonderful all around! We will definitely be back.

2nd time here. Absolutely fantastic service. So helpful and friendly. Not only that but the food is wonderful as are the drinks. Can’t go wrong. Happy hour is such a bargain. On top of all that their patio is DOG Friendly as are the bartenders and servers. Definitely a great find..

We got there and my family of 6 was seated right away, which is promising anywhere I go because that normally sets the “tone” for how the meal is going to go. That is NOT how this went .. We got menus and the server said I’ll give you a second to look over that and ran off.. we didn’t see him again for almost 15 minutes. When he came back and asked what we wanted to drink, which we had no clue because he never said what they have NOR was there anything on the menu that showed drinks, other than alcohol.
We ordered drinks, our appetizer and our food because we waited so long for him to come back. In the process he kept trying to run off without taking everyone’s order.. I had to tell him twice that he didn’t take other orders. So, so far I’m already annoyed.
About 10ish minutes later the drinks came out as well as the appetizer which was a small bowl of guac. Definitely NOT WORTH the price they have it advertised for. To confirm it’s mashed avacado with tomatos on top. I took one bite there was zero flavor and when I was working on the second bite of the same scoop I took there was a piece of hair. After that we told him to cancel our meal and we left. I wouldn’t recommend. I have the atmosphere a 3 outta 5 because it has potential . I wish I would have read the reviews before we went.

Everyone needs to be aware that the pandemic has had significant impact on staffing in the service industry. The night we went there was only one little server seating people, taking orders, running the register. Still she had a smile on her face and a positive attitude! The kitchen was helping by bringing the food out. Nice to see teamwork like that. We decided to sit at the bar. The bartender made every margarita from scratch and they were great. We split an order of happy hour fajitas which were delicious and reasonably priced. We would like to try some big their other menu items when we return.

So many great things! Vegan friendly, great service… checked on ingredients and double checked. The food was tasty! Complimentary chips and salsa is offered before your meal is served. Great music… jlo and reggaeton music! Eat here!
