If you’re looking for a place to eat delicious and unique food, this is the place for you. The margaritas and mojitos were delicious, the appetizers like the calamari and steak skewers were fantastic, and the main courses offer a great variety. I definitely have nothing bad to say; the atmosphere is very pleasant.

NEVER AGAIN!!! Location and decor are on point. However, this place seriously needs to invest in professional cleaning to keep it spotless. I went for Valentine’s Day dinner and noticed multiple bottle caps on the floor, and the bathroom was very dirty. The heater wasn’t on, and the tables were unstable. The food was flavorless and overpriced. The rice was undercooked, and both the paella and the lomo were disappointing. Most dishes lacked proper sazón and depth of flavor. The only item that was decent was the ají de gallina empanadas. The drinks were also watered down. Overall, it felt more like a bar focused solely on selling alcohol rather than delivering a quality dining experience. Unfortunately, it was a very bad experience. This place needs major improvements or bettet yet new management!!!!! I didnt even have the energy to take pics of my food..because it was that bad -.-

Tequila Escape is such a vibe. The drinks are strong but smooth (exactly how they should be), and the flavors are actually balanced, not just sweet for no reason. The atmosphere is fun, energetic, and perfect for a night out with friends. Definitely a spot I’d come back to.

Tequila Escape in Stamford is such a great spot! The food and drinks are amazing—everything we tried was flavorful and fresh. We were there with a party of 20, and the staff handled it perfectly. The manager, Angel, went above and beyond to make sure everyone had an excellent experience. He was welcoming, attentive, and made us feel like valued guests the whole time. This place is perfect for parties and events, the atmosphere and staff make any gathering feel special. Highly recommend stopping by you won’t be disappointed!

Happy hour isn’t so happy. Paid 9$ for their buffalo flautas which came with 1.5 of flautas. Also tried their steak empanadas which came with two very small empanadas cut of half’s for 9$. The happy hour margaritas are 2$ off, which makes their margaritas 13$. We did complain to the manager about their prices and we did get some type of discount on the dishes

Showed up to this happy hour spot & whoever is running this happy hour menu should really visit their happy hour competitors. First off, 2 empanadas, cut in half and filled with potatoes and “carne” was $9.00- this isn’t even a happy hour, this is straight robbery. An empanada doesn’t even cost that much regular price. We also got an order of flautas and basically they cut their flautas into 3 pieces equaling 1 1/2 Flautas. What an embarrassment. It definitely displayed why their happy hour wasn’t busy- I was irritated by the fact they tried to pull one over on their guests and spoke to their manager and he said their flautas were supposed to come with 2 whole ones.

Basically this place seems to cut their food up to make it look like it’s a lot but it’s smaller portions.

Service was terribly lacking, we asked for a straw, server never brought it, in addition, the server took forever to seat us.

Spoke to the manager and explained to him the small portions and the fact that this wasnt a happy hour, especially when $2.00 is the cost of what’s removed from a regular priced cocktail.

The ambiance is nice here but aside from that, this place is not it.

My family and I came starving and hurting from an unexpected family emergency. Carlos was just the absolute kindest and most generous host. The food was great. All recommendations made by Carlos based on what we were feeling. Incredible. Will be back to try the drinks!

Pretty fancy place in Connecticut. Very beautiful inside. After dinner, the servers changed tables and I starting party. So the service was pretty good, even the waitress trying to confirm every word))) So the only thing is that food was a little high prices compared to size. The drink was great. I like this place, but definitely not everyone can visit.

Went here yesterday with a group of four, and while the place itself is super cute with a nice vibe, the experience went downhill fast. We got seated and placed our drink order right away, but it took about 25 minutes just to get our drinks—and my lemon drop was definitely not it.

We had to flag down the server multiple times just to put in our food order. When the food finally came out, the chicken tacos were honestly sad… basically chicken tenders in a greasy taco shell. The samba sushi was okay, nothing special. The only thing that was actually good was the guac, but they give you like four chips and then good luck finding a server to get more.

Overall, the place felt super unorganized. Not sure who is running things, but the service and operation definitely need improvement. Cute spot, but would NEVER return.
