Not sure why others give such a low star rating! I was impressed by the food. We had the hibachi plate, fried rice with pork belly(amazing). Also had the billy eilish roll which is the chef’s creation and the MGK roll. Definitely will be back. As a local I highly recommend this place!

My wife and I absolutely love this place. There are lots of options, all the dishes we’ve had are delicious, including the sushi. We’ve been going here since the place opened and it’s been a consistent staple of ours at least once a week.

I have ordered several fried rice bowls since they have opened. A couple weeks ago I got one and the fried rice was not the same and was very spicy. Today I tried again and made sure to request nothing spicy u fortunately the rice still have some spice to it and the steak had been changed also. The chicken was good as normal and the thin Beef “steak” tasted good but they have ruined their rice.

Tried for the first time. I got the spicy tuna roll. A bit odd tasting and very small portion. Husband liked his chicken noodle bowl (Yakisoba ) but not impressed enough to return. Better places out there for sure.

I ate takeout from here today and I got a steak fried rice bowl, add chicken, and extra rice. This place exceeded my expectations! The meat was fresh and didn’t have tons of fat (I’m picky like that) and my boyfriend got a shrimp fried rice bowl with extra rice. The food was flavorful, hot, and delicious. The price was fair and no more then what I pay for something like this in the mall for the same portion. I will definitely be a returning customer!!!

Their yakisoba was the most mediocre lo mein I ever had lol. It’s not authentic. The food was ok, but not japanese. The udon tasted like generic Sisco noodles in beef broth with an over abundance of onions. There are loads of better places just not in the area. The workers are the only positive about this place. They were polite and personable. To bad the bad food overpowers the staffs demeanor.

Mostly I’m leaving this review because the woman running the cash register and taking food to the tables was treated poorly by the guy in the kitchen when she asked a question about my order. I feel bad for her. She has a lm overly busy job and was spoken to disrespectfully.

This place exceeded my expectations!!! We got the City Bowl to go. It was absolutely delicious. The meats were cooked just right and seemed to melt in my mouth. The rice and veggies were great, too. The portion size was perfect. I had plenty to fill me up now and enough for lunch tomorrow. Just like going in and sitting down at a hibachi restaurant. What’s better is, it only took 15 minutes and they’re priced lower than a hibachi restaurant. Carol took my order and checked me out. She was fantastic! Super friendly and gave service with a smile. We will definitely be back and will tell our friends. Thank you!!! We are glad y’all are here!

As a new restaurant in town, it was worth giving it a try. The food was just okay. A stretch from authentic Japanese food. The chicken and curry was flavorful, but could have used about 3 or 4 times the amount of curry. The Ramen we got was pretty bland and a bit overloaded with onions. Japanese Ramen is known for its savory broth, this was more like noodles in warm water. Definitely has room for improvement. It’s nice to have something other than mainstream fast food or another fried chicken place, so I’m sure we will give it another try someday.

Food was amazing but the service sucked, the owner argued with me when I asked if they still had wonton strips to put in my hibachi soup, what kind of Asian restaurant doesn’t have that? And he had the audacity to say he had never heard of it, which seemed a little strange as again it’s an ASIAN RESTAURANT. Food is amazing like I said but the owner could do with some hospitality and customer service classes.
