Arrived to the restaurant at 8:15pm they had no food put out and when we asked they said they were shutting down. I asked what time do you close cause online says 10:30 they said yes 10:30. So why charge me full price for a Buffett when there is no food in the pans. Then the staff were completely nasty when I asked why is there no food out. Never again we were here for my sons bday.

We have 14 people decided to dine together and we need to find a place that can accommodate us and not a long wait time for tables. Found this buffet style Chinese restaurant online with 3.8 out of 5 stars reviews. The food variety is good, do not matter that you are a carnivore or herbivore.
The food quality is okay and taste better for those freshly from the kitchen. The dim sum corner is bad though. Most of the steaming baskets are empty and have no food inside. No one refills the dim sum corner the whole dining time.
The hibachi stall is kind of disappointed. That is not expected. This freshly cooked food should taste better but the cook seems love to put tons of salt or soy sauce, which makes those dishes very salty.
Overall this is a great place for big group or gatherings.

The food was not as good and they didn’t have a lot of different selections. the service was even worse. I love all you can eat restaurants but this particular one I would not return.

I had my baby shower here on January 10th and I reserved a room in advance, so I expected professional service—especially for a special event.
Unfortunately, the service was completely unacceptable. The waitress assigned to our party was extremely rude, yelling while taking orders, and constantly rushing us. She repeatedly said things like “What do you want to drink? I have other people to take orders” instead of speaking respectfully. It created a very uncomfortable atmosphere for me and my guests.
Instead of enjoying my baby shower, we had to spend the whole time stressed and worried about the waitress’s behavior. She also seemed confused and unorganized, and even though I reserved the room for a specific time period, she kept repeatedly questioning the time as if she wasn’t informed.
To make matters worse, she kept telling us to “pay now” while the party was still going on, which was extremely disrespectful and inappropriate during a celebration.
This experience ruined what was supposed to be a happy memory. I would not recommend having any event here unless management seriously improves staff behavior and customer service.

Lost N Da Swamp
Almost all the chicken items were over cooked and dry. Lots of seafood but I came for Chinese. Dessert cakes are dry except the cheesecake. Overall mid at best. Came for dinner. Most food seems old an stale.

It filled the gut but is disappointing. The food looks great going in, and I was really excited that there were oysters, blue crabs, sushi galore, and even octopus. Looks are very deceiving though. The sushi was dry, very dry and had to take a drink between each bite. The calamari and octopus tako was so rubbery that I was wondering if I was ever going to be able to swallow. I live near Chincoteague, so I guess I’m spoiled on oysters, but the ones here have no flavor and that goes with most of the food. Most items were over cooked and what wasn’t had no flavor. The second star is only for the whole sweet and sour cod, but even then it could use more flavor. Thankfully there was enough sauce on the non edible bits to dip the flesh into. The guy taking my plates was nice though and didn’t give me a stink eye for leaving the food I didn’t like.

I usually come here for the shrimp every two days I come today and I paid $60 for one adult and One teenager and one child then I come to find out the shrimp that I came here originally for has been sitting for the whole day or more I believe and when I ask them, can they give us a fresh batch they put it in oil and try to give it back to us The worst experience ever never coming back here again.

The booths are hard to sit on and cracked in some places but the food is good. The sushi was good and fresh, miso soup was delicious. The fruit bar was clean and fresh. The variety of foods was outstanding and everything was clean. The sweet tea is McDonald’s sweet tea so you know its fire

I went to celebrate my birthday at that place with my friends, who had two small children with them. Everything was going well until one of the waitresses rudely kicked us out. She took our plates off the table before we had finished eating, banged on the table demanding her tip, and started making rude gestures at us. We complained to the owner or manager—I’m not entirely sure who it was—and they didn’t take our complaint seriously. It’s simply the worst place, with the worst waitresses and the worst attitude you’ll ever find. What hurts the most is that there were small children with us, and they didn’t care.

Good price for variety. Food not held at temp because it’s piled up too high. They can’t keep up with cleaning. It’s extremely messy. The hostess who sat us was rude. We stood in line with our receipt but yet she grabbed the party behind us. This is a small standing area so it was possible not to see us. We were sat at a dirty table. When we told her to wipe it down she found a dirty rag. I will not be back but if you have a large family on a small budget it may work for you.
