I ordered takeout. The food tasted good and I liked it, but it didn’t come out the way I asked.
I requested the sauce on the side, but it was poured over the meat instead.
Also, I found a hair in the dish, which was quite disappointing.
The staff didn’t seem very attentive.

Teppanyaki Farmer at Ala Moana Shopping Center is a great little spot for lunch or dinner! The food is cooked right in front of you with style and flavor. Highly recommend getting the ribeye and New York steak cooked medium rare — that’s where the magic happens. Juicy, tender, and full of flavor! The chefs are fun to watch. Great vibes, delicious food, and a cool experience all around.

Combining with its sweet sour soy sauce, this made a delicious lunch. The meat was tender and flavorful, unfortunately there weren’t too much meat in this plate lunch that costed $20.

I got the steak roll. The meat was awesome, thinly sliced and juicy. I added horseradish. The julienned potatoes were undercooked, however. If you like your potatoes starchy and a tiny bit tough, that’s my experience.
Service was great, price was high considering undercooked potatoes. The atmosphere is the food court. Expect it to be busy at lunch.

I had a couple of items here. Both were decent. I wouldn’t have it again as it was more expensive than food that was twice as good and in Waikiki.
There was too much fat on the ribeye however, it was pretty ok for the most part.

I love this place! Their food is always fresh, healthyish, and delicious! Prices have really gone up (but where hasn’t?), but I feel like this place is a step above a lot of other places.
This food court area is nicer than the main one in Ala Moana, I feel like overall there’s better choices.

Located in the Lana’i Food Court at Ala Moana Center, once you see Macys, the food court is next door. Love this place. It gets busy at the normal high times lunch and dinner.
My favorite dishes are their New York Steak Plate and their Bulgolgi plate.
The New York steak plate comes with a medium thick slab of steak, grilled to your preference, the sides are just rice and garlic chips, and the steak served on a bed of lettuce.
The Bulgolgi beef is served on top a bed of rice and garlic chips.
Love them both and I get them everytime!!!

Quick service. Ordered Da Original Steak Roll ($18.50) Thinly sliced steak rolled around julienned potato, includes tossed greens and ponzu dipping sauce. Food was well seasoned and I liked the ponzu sauce a lot! Located in the Ala Moana Lanai food court. Bathroom nearby. Parking lot always busy but not impossible. 15 min pick up parking available.
