Who knew such a little and unprepossessing place was THE place to go for snack food? I had a cheeseburger with fries which was outstanding, and so filling I didn’t have room for the maple creemie, which gets rave reviews.
The burger was enormous – perhaps a third of a pound or more – on a large bun with three slices of fresh ripe tomato, crispy lettuce, a slice of raw onion, pickles. The fries were hand-cut just before being fried properly. They even had sugar-free A&W root beer. Grand total was a tad over $14.00.
I came here for the bottle redemption. I’ll be coming back for the food!

Start your day with an amazing breakfast sandwhich exploding with flavor from here. It’s very authentic and brings the actual Vermont feel without the hustle and bustle of most other locations near by. Also make sure you come back for a treat of a creamy in a cone, ( called a soft served ice cream where I’m from) or a flavorful milkshake. The owner is a very neutral kind spirited type of person you would expect from this beautfiul town!

One of the strongest maple creemees I’ve had. I’m always on the hunt for ones that taste like you’re drinking maple syrup and this is top tier. I’ve lived five minutes from this place for a few years and never stopped until today. Needless to say it will be my go-to moving forward.

This is now my go-to bottle redemption spot. Local business and good people. The menu looks good too. I also need to compliment them for the awesome Steak and Cheese hot sandwich; it’s the best around in my opinion. I need to try some of the other menu items, but I keep going back to the Steak and Cheese!

Everything is made fresh. The fries are real potatoes and cooked to perfection. The burgers are out of this world. And the people are so kind. There’s also a sink to wash your hands which is And you can’t beat the view.

We were stuck trying to find a place that was open for lunch on a Monday without going to the mediocre chains in Williston… All of our regular haunts in the area were not available.
Tenney’s was marked as open and had favorable reviews, so with hunger prodding us we decided to give it a whirl.
It’s a proper roadside snack stand… A bit rundown and with a simple menu of burgers, chicken sandwiches, fries.
Right now there is no indoor dining, and you order at the window and (weather permitting) eat outside at the provided table. Weather was not ideal, so we had a truck cab picnic.
The man at the window was very friendly, offering to divide our single order of fries between our two cheeseburgers.
Fries are fresh cut with skins on, buns were fresh and soft, lettuce and tomatoes were very fresh, and the generous burger patty was quite tasty.
We could see where this would be an even better experience in warmer weather, overlooking the farm across the road, with a creemee for dessert.
