It’s hard to say what was going on this day but we had an hour wait for our food. They had to run out to buy products and other patrons were also unhappy about the food quality and also waited a long time. Our food was good once we got it and the waitress was pleasant but clearly harried.

We were passing through town and decided to stop in based on reviews. I had catfish with mac and cheese. My husband had the Ribeye, and our daughter had 2 filets with mac and cheese and a shrimp skewer. All three of us agreed it was delicious. If we are ever that way again, we will make sure we stop in again. So good!

We had 5 people in our group. First it took the server 15 minutes or so to get our drinks to us. We had to wait another 15 minutes to get our order taken. Also they ran out of diet coke. The table next to us ordered Philly sandwiches. They ran out of buns so they wait a long time to get there food. They had to go to store to get buns. 3 of us had burgers 1 had salad and 1 had a appetizer. All 3 burgers looked like they were frozen burgers and cooked on grill. All 3 burgers way over done and very very dry. The chips in the appetizer were very over done and burnt. We had to wait about an hour to get our food. At the time we ordered 3 tables were ahead of us. About 10 people or so. The server looked like she was lost and had no idea what s he was doing. All the customers had to wait a long time to get food. All 5 of us will never go back. The food was awful and service sucked. DO NOT GO HERE TO EAT. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I’m giving 1 star only because this will not let me give 0 stars.

My wife and I used to love this place. Must be under new ownership or something. Today we stopped for lunch. When we stepped in, there were 4 people behind the counter. 1 on her cell phone, 1 running to the kitchen, and 2 starring from the kitchen. The woman on the phone gave us a sign like “just a minute.” After about 2 minutes a woman came from the kitchen to seat us. Once seated another waitress came to take our order. My wife ordered a chicken salad and I ordered the chicken blt. Food came out about 20 minutes later and they forgot my wife’s salad dressing. 10 minutes later she got her dressing. My sandwich was made on what I would describe as the cheapest hamburger roll you could possibly buy. After eating, we spent 15 more minutes waiting for the check. The bill was $30.65. Oh, and my wife just had water and I had sweet tea. Yesterday we ate at Big Orange bar & grill. My wife had a chef salad and I had a chicken cheese steak. Along with that I had 2 Miller lights and my wife had sweet tea. That bill was $35.00 total and the food and service was much better. It will be a long time before I come back to this place again. Not worth the stop.

I was craving wings from here all day. We got there, ordered our drinks, the loaded sweet potato fries, and wings — a 15-piece with 3 flavors (which we’ve ordered before) and a 10-piece with 2 flavors.
About 20 minutes in, we finally get the sweet potato fries, but we’re told they can’t make them loaded anymore because it’s “not on the menu” — even though we’ve had them that way before. Then around the 30-minute mark, we’re informed that we can’t have 3 flavors on a 15-piece, which again has never been an issue.
At that point we canceled the wings, but were told we’d still have to pay because they had already “made them,” even though nobody told us about these changes before dropping the wings. A simple heads-up would have prevented the whole situation.
Now it’s almost 8 PM and we’re hunting for somewhere else to eat. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning. If the restaurant can’t honor previous menu items or flavor options, customers should be told before the order is put in. The only good in all this The SERVER was amazing!!!
Also — who in Greeneville has good wings? I need recommendations!

Waiting forever for our food and it came out cold. Was out of multiple menu items didn’t even have lids for the kid cups. Slow service never refilled our drinks. After we ordered we heard someone order steak it was not on the menu and we were not informed they had steak.

We are so “Beyond Excited” to find this place!!! We will be here all of the time now. Tim was our server and helped guide us through the menu (what an incredibly nice man he was) and provided grace A service in every way. Every recommendation he gave was spot on. We had half a dozen raw oysters and half a dozen steamed (sorry no pictures we got excited and ate them before remembering to take a picture). They were really good. I had the wings and as you can see these were the biggest meaty wings I have had in my life. They were so juicy and the flavor was to die for. The Dry Rub Cajun wings (Tim’s favorite) were the best wings ever to enter my mouth. I am a die hard buffalo wing girl, but there is a new wing in town and I love them. My husband had the 10 oz Ribeye and it came with a house salad, Mac & Cheese and Texas Toast. He said that the 10 oz was just the right size, cooked medium rare perfectly with a lot of Smokey flavors. With every bite there was a burst of flavorful juice that came out. It had very little fat and lots of very tasty meat. The salad was one of the freshest he has had (the lettuce was crisp as well as the cucumber), the Mac & Cheese had a thick cheesy sauce, and was really good. We both had to try cake after seeing it as we walked in. Tim gave us the low-down on each kind. I had the Coconut Cake and my husband had the Hummingbird cake. My piece of cake was HUGE, with what tasted to be homemade light and fluffy icing, that wasn’t too sugary. The cake was also homemade I would guess. It had a filling that was maybe pudding or icing and I really enjoyed it. My husband’s Hummingbird cake was a new amazing twist on Carrot Cake. I think it had pie crust in the icing, chunks of raisin and maybe some nuts. It was a huge piece just like mine. For someone who doesn’t usually order deserts (which is my favorite part of a meal) he ate the whole thing, and even went into detail about just how good it was. You have to make this a part of your must stops. We went back the next night for more dry rub Cajun wings and the Banana Split cake (It taste just like a banana split with pineapple and strawberries in the cake. It was so moist and the chocolate syrup and sprinkles on the outside – it was amazing.) We can’t wait to keep going back to try the crab legs, fall of the bone ribs, Philly Sandwiches, burgers, shrimp and so much more!

This is one of my absolute favorite places to eat, and the main reason I keep coming back is Sierra. She doesn’t just provide great service—she makes the entire experience. From the moment you walk in, she treats you like family, not just a customer. Seeing her on the floor instead of just hosting instantly makes the visit better. Her energy, kindness, and attention to detail are unmatched, and she truly goes above and beyond every single time. Sierra is the heart of this place, and she is absolutely the reason people return again and again. She more than deserves a couple-dollar raise—this restaurant is lucky to have her!

This place is consistently good. I got a to go order and it was perfect. I think they have the best steak locally. No issues with my order. Their staff is always very nice.

Worst food ever…the ribs were all bone and no meat. Had eaten a couple of oysters and thought they taste weird, so we cut into one…black stuff oozed out of it. They said they would talk to the people they get them from. Something is definitely wrong here, hope we don’t get food poisoning.
