We are honestly possessive about this little gem. We’ve been many times and have always had an amazing experience. The menu covers many different options from delicious hot food like the chicken karage, garlic butter clams, rich flavorful ramen, and of course their aray of sushi, sashimi and other raw plates. Plate presentation is consistently on point. The location vibe we look forward to; welcoming, bustling, friendly, and not too loud, which we appreciate. The staff are expert. Service impeccable, and always with a smile. Portions are generous and prices reasonable. Everything one looks for in a restaurant establishment. Ten out of ten, easily.

Amazing sushi and ramen here! Everything was fresh and full of flavour. Highly recommend the duck tataki, the bride roll, and the garlic salmon nigiri, all standout dishes. Definitely worth a visit and I’ll be back again.

Stopped in for lunch at this hidden gem in the heart of Stony Plain. We were impressed from the moment we walked in. The atmosphere is amazing and quaint. They serve an enormous variety of dishes, including gluten-free options that my daughter enjoyed. Would absolutely recommend a visit for authentic Japanese dishes. 10/10

The service was great and fast! The food was presented beautifully and the food was absolutely DELICIOUS! I took my 13 yo son for supper and he was impressed as well. We had Mango Beach rolls, Prawn Tempura, Edemame, pork gyoza and Crazy Lyla rolls. We will be coming again! I highly recommend Tenkuu for Japanese cuisine!! Seriously some of the best sushi I have ever eaten! Please do yourself a favor and go in for the dinning experience!

We stopped after visiting the mid way. We come from Vancouver Island and don’t have very good luck finding fresh sushi in Alberta. We now have 2 spots for sushi! The food, service and atmosphere were amazing. We will definitely be back.

Amazing food all around. The surf and turf sushi roll was to die for. Ask the chefs at the sushi bar for a surprise sushi roll you won’t be disappointed.

It was our first time trying this place. The server is very nice but she did not mentioned that they ran out beef. We ended up ordering beef tataki only to find out it was not available.
We tried the calamari, Philadelphia roll, pork ramen and shrimp yakisoba.
The food are great, amazing flavors! The best calamari I’ve tasted it was cooked very well with light breading, I love the spicy sauce.
The Philadelphia roll is top notch too! The ramen flavour is very savory together with that soft pork belly.
I’m not a big fan of the yakisoba it was dry with bitter taste, probably because of the vegetables.
Overall it was a nice experience we will back here for sure.
