It’s an unassuming little place in uptown that you could walk right by. They don’t have a huge menu, but when you do a few things really well, you don’t need to. I got the pork belly ramen and the gyoza, and it was amazing! There was a ton of food. The meat was tender and flavorful. The servers were super nice, too!

I’m giving this a 5 Star because the people were great, the atmosphere is quaint and clean and food tasted great after I got home 15 minutes later. They had great bubble tea and exactly the ramen soup that I wanted. First time, great experience.

We stopping in for dinner on a Friday evening around 6pm and there were a few other people eating. You order using machines and they bring the food to you. The people working were very nice and quick to smile.

You can see directly into the kitchen so it was fun watching them while we waited for our gyoza and ramen.

The gyoza was really tasty, and both ramens were satisfying, but nothing I’d crave to come back for. We had the Tonkotsu and Spicy Miso. I read that the Tonkotsu is better with added spice, and I could def see that.

This has been our favorite ramen place in the twin cities but we’re starting to think the quality is declining. The veggie ramen we recently ordered was extremely salty. The employees put some more hot water in the bowl but it didn’t fix the saltiness much.

Love the atmosphere but we’ll start exploring some other ramen shops.

Self-order ramen spot with a few extra menu options. The ramen itself was solid and satisfying—my Shoyu bowl really hit the spot on a chilly day. The pork had a nice grilled flavor with a touch of sweetness, and while I found myself wishing I’d added corn, I didn’t think of it until I was already halfway through.

Service was friendly and helpful, and although the seating area is small and the shop definitely shows its age, our group of five was comfortable and everyone left happy. Overall, a cozy place for a warm, tasty bowl of ramen. Prices were reasonable, about $15/bowl for a healthy sized serving.

From the moment I walked in I could just tell this was going to be authentic ramen! I had watched a tik tok review prior to coming in and actually ordered the same ramen from the video and it did not disappoint! We got the #2 tonkotsu w an extra egg and spicy. It was the best ramen I have ever had. I’ve been to quite a few places around the city but this one right here hit the spot!! I can’t stress it enough how great the food was. The spice level was just the perfect amount to where it gave the ramen such a great blast of flavor and wasn’t overpowering to the point I couldn’t enjoy it. The gyoza was so fresh and the sauce that came w it was spectacular. I honestly thought I had ordered eggrolls but, I’m no expert in this type of cuisine, turns out they were spring rolls but, in all honesty I wasn’t upset at all, these spring rolls were so fluffy and had such a satisfying crunch to it. The sweet sauce it came with went perfect w the spring rolls. I highly recommend these for appetizers. They do have some vegetarian options as well!! I was honestly so surprised to not see this place packed, amazing food, the hospitality was great, I felt like I was in someone’s home and that feeling is so rare to come across. Try this place out the next time you’re craving ramen!

Loved the food they had here. I loved both their chicken karaage and the tonkotsu Ramen. Loved the Chashu and the Mushrooms in the tonkotsu ramen. Also liked the mayo and chili sauce that came with the karaage, made the karaage even better. The place is also extremely convenient to get to both by biking and transit, as it is right along the B Line, Route 6, Route 38 and is right along the Midtown greenway and the Hennepin Avenue bike path and bike lanes. It’s also just a 10 minute walk to the Route 4 bus and not to far from the Bryant Avenue bike path, so overall great food and great transit and bike accessibility

This is one of my favorite restaurants in the Twin Cities! If you’re craving authentic ramen, look no further. The flavors here are incredible, and each bowl is crafted with care. My kids love this place. We always have leftovers for later.P

What sets this place apart is the dedication of the staff. Even amidst the challenges in Uptown, they continue to provide amazing service and quality food.

Whether you’re a ramen enthusiast or trying it for the first time, this is the place to be. Don’t miss out on their delicious and satisfying ramen! You won’t regret it!

Amazing place. Very generous portions and delicious broths. The combos were very well thought out and wonderfully prepared.
The service is fast efficient and hospitable.

The space is like a restaurant in Asia town in any big city and it’s very easily accessible by bus as well and there is ample parking.

Definitely go and enjoy!
