Perfect for weight loss!!!
Grilled chicken snack, extra slaw to replace my fries. Large sweet tea. “We can do that!” . Keep in mind: $11. Got tenders the size of my pointer finger and no extra slaw.

I’ve been a huntsville native for 20 years now and have been going to tenders since I was a kid, specifically the five points loaction, and I thought I’d mix it up a little by going to this one.
Let me just say, I’ll be sticking to the one in five points.
The portions are WAY to small for the price that they’re asking. For clarification, I got the Tender Plate and it came with 3 chicken fingers and a baby chicken finger, I could count the number of fries they gave me on my hand, and the coleslaw cup they give you was filled up maybe halfway.
Overall not a great location, but the people there were nice, hence the 2 stars.

High prices yet the fingers are so small. Was a decent appetizer before getting a Stanlieos sandwich. LoL!!

We cater with this location for our lectures on a regular rotation (plus more!). April and her team are always so accommodating and go above and beyond with their service! The food is always delicious, and co-workers are beating down the door for leftovers following the lunch meetings. I know I can count on this restaurant to bring the best food, best attitudes, and best service. We love Tenders!

Tenders is a nice Huntsville classic. I felt led to leave a review today because of the excellent service I received from Treveon (sorry if I butchered the spelling). I had a large online order that was a bit difficult to carry out on my own. Treveon offered to carry it to my car for me. This second mile service really impressed me and made me want to return again. Thanks!

Terrible customer service I was given 4 tenders the size of bit size shrimp. After calling and being told that it would be replaced the general manager of this store along with being rudely talked over and dismissed told me there was nothing she could do for me so I simply decided to hang up. It’s crazy to spend money at these establishments and get less than Adequate service from someone in a higher position of service. The employees and cashier were kind and quick with there service but the general manager was completely unacceptable

A nice place to get some wings. The wings were not as crispy as I would however they were cooked well and juicy. Parking in front is very limited however there is more space behind. Got the wing combo (wings, fries, and texas toast).

I placed a to-go order for two Tender Plates and when I was on the road to Nashville noticed I was only given one. I called to have them credit my card and of course they can’t do it remotely but would honor my order the next time I’m in town. What a waste of my time. Not only that, I was only one of two customers in the restaurant. I know I should have checked the bag, but come on man, this is an indictment on society, service, and the state of business now in America. I won’t ever go to this restaurant again.
