The two people that helped me went above and beyond Kia and Tori come to find out she is the manager great job on staff, very service oriented, great food always no matter which tender green’s always have a great experience. Highly recommend seating indoors or outside. Parking can be a little difficult. I got the choose your own plate and added an additional protein and additional greens. Steak is my go to but I wanted to try something different tried the BBQ chicken did not disappoint.

The food was decent, the chicken is a little dry but it’s good if you like chicken breast. We were sitting outside and the leaves was falling on our plates lol.. perhaps they should have umbrella on the outside. Also wish the employees will come out and check on the customers too. We have to go inside and refill the drinks.

I ordered the pineapple basil agua fresca, it was refreshing. The seating outdoors has very comfortable chairs. The chicken was juicy and the arugula salad was light and fresh.

Tasty and spicy fried chicken sandwich! All white meat was crispy and had a great kick too it, but not overpowering. Slaw, sauce and pickles all added to the crunchy and crispiness. For $10 this is a great value!

Very disappointed. We ordered online and picked it up. Usually we need to wait more than 30 min to get our order, doesn’t matter what time in the day is. Today wasn’t exception. The top of the top was when I took my bag and brought it home. When I opened the box I found that the lettuce wasn’t chopped at all. Cannot understand, is it too hard to chop a salad.

The service at this location is fantastic. The food is ready very quickly. However, the food quality is not consistent with other locations. I love Tender greens fried chicken and steak from other locations like Hollywood because it’s prepared perfectly every time. I was very disappointed after several attempts of eating at the Culver City location to find that the steak is consistently overdone and the fried chicken is consistently powdery, hard and generally overdone. I really want to keep eating at this location because it is close to where I live and work now. But, if the quality continues to be like it has for the last year, I don’t think I’ll be able to stomach it. PLEASE check on this location, Tender Greens. Somethin’ ain’t right!

The food isn’t bad; it’s good if you want something clean and healthy, but some people would consider it to be bland and overpriced. To each their own. However, the service is really something else… Expect to be waiting at least one hour for your food here, even if you order for pickup ahead of time. This place is poorly run, reflected in the lack of organization and efficiency amongst the employees. Apparently, most food delivery drivers will refuse to pick up orders from here because the wait times are so long. Whether the place is understaffed or the employees are just poorly trained, ordering from this place is a nightmare. I don’t even bother eating here anymore but just wanted to caution others.
