Everything was great! But they missed the most important part. I ordered quite a bit of food and they gave me a very small amount of wasabi. What am I doing here?

I got the Golden Dream and Ten Shushi specialty rolls, in addition to smoked salmon sushi.

Both specialty rolls were almost flavorless, somehow. I wasn’t quite satisfied with them. I couldn’t get myself to finish the Ten Shushi Roll.

The smoked salmon sushi was very good.

Service was OK. They were very nice and friendly, but didn’t follow the normal tempo you see in most resturants – I did have a few moments of waiting multiple times.

Overall, I won’t be coming back as there are better options available in the area and the prices are not worth the product.

Used to be our favorite spot with fresh sashimi. However, we visited recently two weeks ago on a Wednesday, and everything did not taste fresh. All the rolls had a mushy texture. Fatty tuna was still partially frozen and falling apart. Stirred fried rice and noodle tasted nothing special.

I like their pepper tuna though.

Sushi and sashimi were fresh with clean flavors and beautifully presented. We got the Love Boat and will expand to other rolls at our next visit!

I was seated immediately by a friendly hostess who gave me ample time to peruse the menu before asking me what I would like to order. I started with a glass of wine and seaweed salad, which was delicious. They have a full bar and several wine options.

I ordered the Ten Roll, and it was well made and a nice portion size. I had made room for dessert because they have mochi!
It’s a great place for small groups or couples. I sat at the bar so I was able to see all of the elaborate sushi plates served.

Ten Sushi offers various palette options, and I often find myself enjoying the sushi they offer at an affordable price. However, the service they offer isn’t great, if anything it’s a bit disappointing. My boyfriend and I hit up this spot about 4-5 times now, and we usually tip based on how good the service is (we haven’t found any reason to tip here). When you come in, there’s rarely any “hello” or “good evening” etc. They ask you how many people, and lead you to your seat, then they take your order and come back. Average customer service, nothing special. In the beginning, they rarely come to check on us whether everything was ok, and as the time went on and we didn’t tip for mediocre service, they stopped coming to check on us at all until we finished the food. Today, we stopped by, got sat, ate, got up to go and pay, and the cashier said to us in a annoyance tone, and was quite rude saying, “Excuse me, the last couple of times you were here you never tip.” I understand servers rely on tip because they are paid poorly, but at the end of the day it should never be on the customer to make their paycheck ‘livable’, this seems very much like a management problem. If you aren’t going above and beyond, why expect a tip? And beyond that, be rude about it? I’ve worked in customer services for many years, and I don’t expect tips, it is simply the industry, but I have never pointed out when I don’t receive tips, nor have I punished my customers for it. I understand tips aren’t mandatory, and I am fine with that. This behavior was completely unprofessional and quite obnoxious if I were to be completely honest. Ruined this restaurant for me, just because we decided not to tip for mediocre service. Overall, I would say come for the food, not the service, oh and make sure to tip for low effort service so the cashier doesn’t get mad about it!

This was our first time at Ten Sushi and we really enjoyed it! We chose it because it has good reviews and now I understand why.
It’s located in a strip mall, which kind of threw us off. It was a nicely decorated cozy space. We went during the afternoon so it wasn’t very crowded.
The service was great and the food was delicious! We got 4 rolls and the Spicy Crab Wontons. I’ll definitely go back.

When we stopped in we were seated quickly and got water for our table. The waitress we had was friendly but I did feel a little rushed to order.

The location wasn’t busy and it didn’t feel crowded. My husband did mention how the bathrooms are single stall only and he did have to wait a little bit for someone else to finish.

Other than that the quality of sushi here is wonderful! I got the Big Mac roll but I didn’t care too much for the ponzu sauce on top.

I liked the baby octopus, and the spicy salmon hand roll was my absolute favorite. I would definitely get it again.

I can’t wait to come back already!!

Great service, clean, fast, fresh, reasonably priced, generous portion.

I don’t eat a lot of sushi, but enough to know when it’s good and this was awesome. Best I have ever had!

I’ll be back and I live 40 mins away!

Food was great. We wondered why the service was so poor and found out at the end of our meal that it was because gratuity was automatic for our party of 7. I told the waitress I was disappointed and she once again did not care. Also look at how she had crossed out the tip, trying to not disclose this automatic charge? That is not even legal.
