What a great experience! The staff was friendly and helpful. When I told them it was my first time visiting, they offered great suggestions and made sure einwas comfortable with chop sticks. The food came out really quickly even though they were busy with the Saturday dinner rush (including take-out orders).
The Szechuan Noodle Soup with Pork was delicious and very filling. Just enough spice to really make it sing, without being too hot for most palates. I loved the mushrooms and quail eggs in the soup, adding a pop of flavor to different bites.
The restaurant was busy but clean, and bright. It was neat that they had cooking videos showing similar food to what they serve here, but otherwise the decor was pretty unassuming. My only complaint is that I live so far I can’t come here regularly!

Just went for the first time and very pleasant experience. I went by myself and was seated immediately. Sunday night and it was decently busy, but not crowded or overwhelming. I ordered the sour spicy chicken rice noodle soup and it came to the table in like 5 minutes. Also got the cucumber salad. Both very tasty and good portions. Perfect for a cold dreary night. Casual atmosphere, very clean and nice. Good for a date night, a larger group, or a little solo dinner experience like I had. Highly recommend.

The food is always excellent. The interior is modern and clean. The skewers are perfectly grilled—not tough at all—and the seasoning is amazing. The Yunnan-style noodle soup is right on spot, incredibly addictive. I heard they were closed for three months, but thankfully they’re open again. I’m so happy I can come back. I’m already full, but I’m excited to eat the leftovers tomorrow.

This place lives up to it’s name Ten Seconds, man was my order delivered in under 1 minute. It surprised me how fast my order came and how flavorful it was. This place is amazing they have the crispiest chicken wings in Gainesville! If you don’t believe me go in for lunch try’em and come back to the reviews. This place will always be a spot that’ll be a go to for years to come.

A very good noodles shop in the area. There are plenty of soup bases available for your preference. I had the Sichuan style one and it’s very good. The soup is very temperature hot and that’s what a noodle soup supposed to be. The MSG level is not as strong as I initially expected, which is good.

This place is so good!! I’ve been here twice and the noodles have been top tier both times. I really like the tomato broth and all the toppings, especially the crunch of the cabbage. I recommend the pork as the protein. Overall a great and authentic experience.

EXCELLENT Authentic Chinese cuisine! We stopped here on our way back from Disney. I’ve gotten the flu, and this made me feel so much better. Wonderful complex flavors. Huge portion! Not Americanized – thank you! Friendly service. I miss it already.

We were SO happy to find this place!!! Everything was absolutely delicious! Highly recommend getting extra quail eggs in your soup, only $2 for 3 eggs! We tried 3 appetizers: the takoyaki, the crispy durian, & the Japanese shu mai. All were delicious! The soups were wholesome, healthy, & filling. 11/10 experience

Stellar find! Fantastic tasting soups. We tried the Szechuan(Sichuan) pepper chicken and spicy sliced beef and both were pretty darn authentic. Not as much huajiao and mala as visiting Chengdu, but the taste is fantastic.
