I really enjoyed the Yunnan rice noodles—they were incredibly flavorful and satisfying. The interactive experience of assembling your own soup from the array of provided ingredients is both fun and unique. My sole suggestion would be to lower the background music just a touch, as the volume made it difficult to hold a conversation. Other than that, it was a great meal!

Decided to give this place a try. I would say the food is pretty light, and good. Some of the staff were quite nice.
We tried one of the dishes that really stood out in Yelp and on the menu. The Tomato Rice Noodle which they put every little bit of ingredient in the side. The noodles were basically the same “bun bi hoi” noodles if you ever tried that dish at a Vietnamese restaurant. Keep note that if you ask for extra noodles, they charged $3.50 for a bowl. We tried the popcorn chicken, and found it quite good. It had basil inside. The beef tripe and woodear were decent.
Water is tastes like tap but had lemon inside. Overall had a decent experience and wouldn’t mind stopping by again if I wanted something simple for the family and kids. Glad they were open on Thanksgiving Day

Came in here pretty late night with my family, staff was very polite and courteous. The food came out quick and fresh, it was very tasty. The portions are generous for the price point.

I’m very disappointed with the recent changes. They’ve switched from fresh DIY plates to kitchen-prepped pots, and the quality has significantly dropped. My tomato noodles even had a random chicken wing in them and very few vegetables.
The service was also poor, the waitress was rude and snapped “I know” when I politely asked about my missing milk tea. It didn’t end up arriving until the very end of the meal. While the usual male waiter is always nice, the woman working tonight had a terrible attitude. I won’t be back anytime soon.

Relatively new and concept was new to me, too. It’s very pretty inside, clean with comfortable booths. It was also pretty busy with Asian families and couples on a Sunday afternoon. Service is friendly and efficient. I really enjoyed my spicy fish fillet Yunnan rice noodle soup with many fixings, but I really liked the quail egg and the meat sauce. My husband had the original beef brisket noodle soup that he liked a lot and finished it all! We also shared the seaweed salad and cucumber salad and it was mildly spicy only and I loved its flavorings. I will definitely come back when I’m in town.

Food/Taste/Flavor: 4/5 – ordered a Tomato Soup with Rice Noodles (A4) and a Spicy Beef Brisket Rice Noodles (A14). 10 little sides (corn, shrimp, seaweed, fish cake, tofu skin, ham, green onion, quail egg, sour vegetable, bean paste) and some cabbage come with the soup and you just add everything to your soup to eat. The tomato broth was a bit more oily but tastes like tomato soup. It made us think of the little sheep tomato broth packets that you can find at the grocery store. The spicy soup has a fish sauce taste that is very umami, definitely has a mala tingle that we enjoyed. It felt a little gimmicky since it is just a hot broth that you toss ingredients in. The noodles were great though! The beef brisket is cooked in a soy sauce/five spice broth and was good.
Service: 5/5 – friendly and switched between English and Chinese fluently depending on the customer.
Ambiance: 5/5 – large mural on the wall with warm a warm tone. The seating is mostly larger booths with some tables in the back of the restaurant. Chinese pop music playing on a fairly nice speaker system.
Value for price: 2/5 – fun to try once but not worth $16-18 per soup.
Note that as of February 26, 2024, they do give a 20% discount with a review on Google or Yelp. That is why you see a lot of 5 star reviews from people with low review counts :/

It’s my second time coming here in a month together with my lady friend… ordered a Numb Spicy Beef noodle and sweet patato fries, seaweed appetizer…. The food is delicious! I remember the chicken wings from last time which was very yummy too! This is definitely a hidden gem for Yunnan noodle in vegas!

This was an OK meal. Not the most flavorful broth but the braised beef was very tender and good. I still prefer another crossing bridge noodle place down the road but it’s worth a try at least.
Would recommend the owners to adjust the broth recipe for more depth in flavor.

Just came back from a long tiering trip from Grand Canyon and this meal fed us very well!!
The service is very nice and friendly. The environment is nice.
My friend and I had Spicy fish rice noodles. The rice noodle bowl offers a really balanced diet with veggies, fish, shrimp, egg, and corn and the flavor is nice.
Definitely gonna come back.

Ordered the Taiwanese popcorn chicken to start, pork bone broth rice noodle soup, and some kind of fried, dumpling/mochi-like, brown sugar / rice dessert.
It was all great. Soup additions had a good variety and looked/tasted fresh.
Server was helpful with questions, etc.
Nice quiet spot for a late Saturday night meal, and the food was unusual / it was a bit of an experience. Think this would be a fun date spot.
If I lived in town, would return to try all of the different briths here. Will be sure to stop by the next time I’m visiting to try a different one. Thanks
