The soup broth was delicious. Service was fast. Food came out quickly too. There’s a small bar avaliable with some vegetables and sauce they you can get yourself to add into your soup if you would like. The soup came out boiling. I enjoyed the experience of being able to modify my soup to my liking. Restaurant was clean with plenty of seating.

This was our first visit to 10 Seconds Yunnan Rice Noodle, and it was absolutely delicious! The staff was very helpful and explained the differences on the menu and how everything works there. We ordered potstickers and cucumber salad to start, and they were so good! The cucumber salad was dressed in sesame and a slight chili oil taste, which was a pleasant surprise (different from the acidic/tangy cucumber salads we’re most familiar with).
I ordered C3- Sour Spicy Sliced Beef Rice Noodle with Hot & Sour Pickled Pepper Soup
My husband ordered E3- Szechuan Pepper Sliced Beef Rice Noodle with Szechuan Hot & Spicy Soup.
I felt like the Hot & Sour Pickled Pepper Soup had a little more heat to it than the Szechuan Hot & Spicy Soup, but both were INCREDIBLE!
This would be the perfect meal for a cold, winter day, and someone needs to hide my wallet from me so I don’t try to go there every single day
Definitely returning soon!

Came here with my mom and we both really enjoyed our meal! We ordered the original pork bone soup and the fungus mushroom chicken rice noodle. Both were very delicious, but I personally liked the mushroom chicken more. The original was light and refreshing while the mushroom was full of flavor and tasted more like a soup to me. The original came with the box of ingredients while the mushroom had the ingredients in it already. You can also get unlimited rice noodles! The workers were kind and answered all our questions; the service was fairly quick and they were very attentive about whether we needed more water or had any questions. The location is quite spacious, so there’s plenty of seating. The interior is decorated with neon lights, so it made the ambiance more fun!

Nice presentation. I’m so used to how ethnic restaurants here adjust the taste of their food by how majority American people like it, but I think this restaurant stays true to their authentic recipes. I admire them for doing that.

The food is ok with different concept. It is a good idea if you want quick hotpot with great selection of flavor. However, i would prefer traditional hotpot where you pay a bit more to get different kind of protein.
Service was mediocre. The server literally brought my stuff out without good manners ( please see pic ) like the tray was almost felt out of the table. I have to reorganize everything

Very good food, large portions, fresh ingredients, incredibly reasonable price, and attentive service….what more can you ask for? If I had to nitpick, I’d ask them to please get better napkins, but that’s really being picky. The sour spicy flavored soups were the perfect spice level and level of Szechuan for me without being overwhelming. Cucumber salad and potstickers were pretty good as well.

SO GOOD! We got the beef hot pot and it was delicious. A fun experience and the broth was so so so tasty! Staff was very friendly and it was very busy but we got seated right away. Prices were fair, my husband and I split the hot pot and they gave us extra noodles which was nice. It was a great atmosphere and pretty quick service. We got E3 on the menu and it was very tasty and not too spicy. This is a really fun area to visit and there’s a lot of other Asian stores nearby.
