You can tell the ingredients are very fresh, and the kitchen pays great attention to detail. The soups especially stood out for being deeply flavorful without feeling greasy—pure comfort food that feels clean and nourishing.
The environment is spotless and the decor is cool and stylish, with cultural touches that make the space feel vibrant and authentic. And the staff? Absolutely lovely—friendly, attentive, and very patient in helping us adjust the flavor levels to our liking. They really go out of their way to make sure everyone has the best experience possible.
This is the kind of place you’ll want to come back to again and again. Highly recommended for anyone craving something bold, fresh, and totally tummy-happy!
The atmosphere is warm and cozy with traditional-esque decorations. I like to sit in a spot where I can see the dolls, since they’re really pretty The cultural touches to the furniture, lighting, and structure of the restaurant give it an authentic feeling as well.
I enjoyed getting to know the staff as well. Each and every single one of them are caring and welcoming. They are quick to take orders and help out. If you have any problems, they are willing to help out!
Finally, the food. I like the tomato broth, which contains a deeply flavorful, savory broth with smooth, soft rice noodles. The vegetables add variety in texture as well. I’ve eaten in the restaurant, and I’ve ordered To-Go multiple times as well, so I can guarantee that the taste doesn’t change. If you do order To-Go, I recommend not ordering any fried food, since it gets soggy quickly.
Overall, I recommend this restaurant. Hopefully, I see more customers the next time I come here for lunch.
My recent visit to 10 Second Noodles in Sugar Land was an absolute delight! As someone who often looks for non-pork broth options, I was thrilled to find that while much of their menu features delicious-sounding pork broths, they had excellent alternatives that truly shone.
We opted for the chicken broth and the tomato broth soups, and both were incredibly flavorful and satisfying. The chicken broth was rich and comforting, while the tomato broth offered a vibrant, tangy, and deeply savory experience – a perfect choice for something a bit different. The noodles themselves, living up to the name, were perfectly cooked with that ideal slight chewiness.
Beyond the fantastic food, the service was attentive and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. The staff were knowledgeable about the menu and happy to guide us through the options. The ambiance was also very pleasant, striking a nice balance between casual and inviting, perfect for a relaxed meal.
10 Second Noodles is a fantastic addition to the Sugar Land dining scene. Whether you’re a dedicated noodle enthusiast or just looking for a delicious and comforting meal, I highly recommend checking them out. Even with specific dietary preferences, their quality and options truly deliver a 5-star experience!
It is a semi-hidden Gem, that doesnt have an overwhelming crowd just yet, but I can see that easily changing with some attention. I very much enjoy both the soups and the “dry” options for the noodles.
I will be back! Again, again, and again!
1. Mantou: Hot crispy doughy buns dipped in condensed milk is just delicious. Perfect for 4 people.
2. Cross the bridge noodles were fun to try. Yunnan rice noodles were great in texture and fun to eat. All the toppings added to the flavors of the soup.
3. The Golden hot & sour soup base was really delicious, tangy and a hint of spiciness. Really good.
4. The pork bone broth is good if you don’t like spicy. But I preferred the hot & sour.
Overall, an enjoyable experience and would come back for more.
