I walked by a few times before I decided to try this place. I am from Hong Kong. 雲南米線 was everywhere but I had never tried. So, I decided to try it in the US. I ordered their standard rice noodle with brisket. The flavor was good. It arrived very quickly. I also ordered preserved eggs and was flavorful. The drink was also good, not super sweet. Definitely will go back next time I am in the area.

This is a restaurant I like very much in Malden. I have been there several times. Today, there were a lot of people, but the food was served very quickly and the taste was still very good! The store is very clean and the atmosphere is very good. Chinese songs are played every time. Highly recommended!

I ordered the chicken curry, and while it was edible, the dish was more disappointing than enjoyable. The flavors were underwhelming, and it didn’t meet my expectations. Additionally, the staff wasn’t particularly helpful, which made the experience less pleasant. The atmosphere was decent, but overall, I wouldn’t be eager to return based on this visit.

The rice noodle soup was really good, I tried both the tomato base and the sour base. I like how the broth wasn’t too salty, and it didn’t have the excessive tang of MSG that soup bases at some restaurants would have. Fried intestines and and pork ears were both very good.

Except too spicy, I like it. Tastes great and affordable price, service good as well, will definitely come back for another bowl of noodles.

Popped in for noodles on a lazy afternoon.
Ordered the Mala noodles with fried pork chop, which was a great meal. It was fairly spicy, no skimping on ingredients.
Staff were friendly and quick, the place was pretty full by the time we left

The soup is great, my kids got the fried chicken and rice which looked pretty basic, but they enjoyed it. The fruit tea is delicious. Good portions at a reasonable price

I went here with my wife to eat lunch. We were sat at a table and our main server came to us in about 5 minutes after to take our drinks order. Water was not offered while other customers were. Our drinks arrived quite quickly however, my wife was not pleased with her drink and asked the server if she could have a different one instead. The server laughed and proceeded to ask “you don’t like it? You don’t want it?” And then had someone else, who I assume was manager speak to us. She then told us, that they had already made it and they can’t exchange it and that I’d have to order another one even if it wasn’t drunk. We decided to keep the beverage, as it would be a waste but there was no sort of apology or anything. We also could visibly tell that our main server was talking bad about us with her coworkers after. We don’t recommend eating in but the food was really good, the chicken wings I really recommend, good food bad service

I love their sauerkraut fish soup! Flavors are delicious. Portions are large for the price and service was super friendly. I highly recommend this place. We go here every other week!
