I went with my daughter to Ten Seconds in Ballantyne. Their specialty is Hot Pot Soups and Szechuan Pepper Soup. They have several different base for the broth like spicy, sour spicy, pickled pepper and tomato. They also offer exquisite hot and cold appetizers. They all the real deal if you’re looking for an authentic experience, and so far, best Hot Pot in Charlotte for me. Highly recommended!

My wife and I have been coming to the place for almost 3 years now and we are still enjoying it like the first time! The traditional rice noodle is so fresh, hot, spicy with all the ingredients…it’s truly a special treat. The staff are wonderful and they always remember what dish we like. Maybe just me. These ramen and noodle shops usually have noodles that’s overly heavy on flavors. Maybe I should be looking for lighter noodle dishes as I get old. This place is no different than others. I am sure the flavor is actually authentic and decent, just too heavy for me.
On the plus side, price on this noodle dishes are good. $13 at time of writing vs ramen two nights ago at ramen bar at Piper glen for $19 is more realistic. Not to mention the ingredients differences (beef brisket vs pork belly).

Went for the first time and the food was delicious.
There are a lot of options to choose from but I decided to go with the Spicy Slice Beef Rice Noodle and the Spicy Sour Cucumbers! The broth was sooo good and with everything added in, it was such a good first meal there.
The service was super fast and very nice.
Will definitely come again to try other items!

A pure delight‼️ We are visiting and I wish we could recreate a Ten Seconds in our home state. It is miraculously affordable and the portions is to my heart content. Thank you for exceptional service and absolutely amazing authentic food. The most rewarding Ten seconds EVER. The staff was extraordinary helpful and patient , thank you for an incredible experience.

Honestly, the food is great, i had the sour spicy fish with rice. Though the fish is fillet but it doesn’t taste odd compare to other restaurant with same style of dish, the flavor is fully emerged. We also had two appetizers, they are good too.

The noodles here are very tasty and the portion sizes are huge. My friend and I each got our own dish, and we honestly could have shared one. The staff here is extremely kind and made me a great vegetarian option. It was a dry noodle dish with some veggies on top, but they have good veggie soup too if you like noodle soup! My favorite dish is the pumpkin cake!!! Get the pumpkin cakes if you come here it’s AMAZING and I will be back just for those! The restaurant itself is super cute and very neat and fresh.
EDIT: I did come back twice for the mixed noodles, chili oil, and boba. Their boba is good too, it’s soft and not too sweet, and the chili oil is the star of the show. Also the woman here remembered me and my friend and we got so excited!♥️

What a great lunch. The broth had great flavor and depth. Services was very fast and friendly w explanation and suggestions. I had a hot pot a sour spicy broth and my hubby tried the ramen. Delicious!

Yup, it’s legit and good. Every Asian person and their mom is here on a weekend evening. You can share 1 hot pot noodle dish and get 2-3 appetizers and you’ll be set for two people.
Soup’s boiling hot, cold dishes are cold, authentically (and boldly!) seasoned and prepared. Try the chicken gizzard and beef tendon! 5/5 flavor, service, and quality.
