We had such a wonderful experience at Ten Japan! The service was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming from start to finish. Every dish we ordered was incredibly fresh and full of flavor — you can really taste the quality in their ingredients. The highlight for me was the sweet potato tempura: perfectly crispy on the outside, soft and sweet on the inside, and not greasy at all. Absolutely delicious.
If you’re in the area and craving great Japanese food, this place is a must-try. We’ll definitely be back!

Ten Japan was fantastic! The Butterfly Roll was my favorite, and we also loved the Citrus Roll, Gypsy Roll, and the phenomenal Tuna Carpaccio. The Sakura Roll—wrapped in crab instead of rice—was super yummy and a must-try. The mixed tempura was light and crispy, and our waiter Andre was awesome. Highly recommend for great sushi and service!

What a gem! The Unagidon is so tender and delicious. Fish in the Sashimi plate is very fresh. The vegetable tempura is 9/10. We also had Ikura and it’s yummy too. We will definitely come back for more date nights.

Can’t rate the food because they never made it for us. We ordered take out sushi for two of us (4 rolls), they told us 45 min. We have a newborn, so my boyfriend went to pick up at that time and got sent home with the wrong order (they also never took our name). I drove back with the wrong order, got attitude instead of any sort of customer service. This was over an hour after we ordered. He then told me it would take an additional 45 minutes to an hour to make our order. Absolutely livid at the lack of customer service.

Great little spot! Family owned and the music was great! Sushi was excellent! Sweet potato tempura was not made with traditional American sweet potatoes and was not cooked all the way (should have been sliced thinner), but otherwise a great place!

Delightfully surprised by this delicious gem! Great rolls, enjoyed the crunchy unagi and salmon on crispy rice, the chicken tempura was great too! Would definitely come back again!

Super super super yummy! I am actually glad the restaurant down a few doors turned us away and we ended up at this fabulous diamond hiding in the rough. The owner (Joe- in English spelling) is absolutely preparing magic! The sauces, the dressing, the garlic edamame..for criminal sakes it should be available by the gallons! I tried, like many before me, to get a container of sauce or dressing so I could possibly just eat it by the spoonful at home! The seafood was so fresh and perfect, the service quick and friendly, and the garlic edamame is seriously to die for! We just found our favorite Japanese place in Cali! We do love our Japanese Steakhouse meals, but this place…wow..just wow! I am positive every meal is gonna be heavenly
