Stopped by here on our way across the States and it turned out to be a great find. The service was friendly and welcoming. I ordered the curry beef udon, and it was easily one of the best I’ve had. Rich, beefy curry flavor with green onion, chewy udon noodles, and just the right amount of spicy kick. Definitely a must-stop spot for noodles if I’m ever in Bakersfield again.

The ramen was excellent — full of great flavor and perfectly balanced, not too spicy. The packaging for the to-go order was top-notch, showing real attention to detail and care in presentation. You can tell the team takes pride in their work, from how they interact with customers to the way the food is prepared and packaged. From pickup to the last bite, everything was great! Highly recommend

First time here and it was so good! The waitress helped out a bit with ordering, we weren’t sure what to get. Everything was amazing! Highly recommend!

I have never had such a skimpy amount of broth given to me anywhere I have ordered ramen. So upsetting to see things like this happen to what was a good place, literally half of what they used to give less than a year ago. I would recommend finding a better place than this if you want a decent size ramen bowl. The broth didn’t even cover the ramen…

First time here. The food was delicious!! It came out pretty quickly as well. Our server wasn’t the best, she didn’t really check in on us. Other than that everything was perfect. I definitely recommend this place.

I’ve been here a few times and I’ve never had a disappointing meal.
The ramen is always flavorful, but if you want a little something extra, you can add some soy sauce, sesame seeds, chili oil or chili powder, each of which is available on every table.
This time we started with the veggie egg rolls, which came with a nice sweet and sour sauce. Only $5 and it was just enough to tide us over before our bowls arrived.
I love the chasu pork bowl with sesame seeds, a bit of soy sauce, and some chili oil. Add an extra egg and it’s magical!
If you love ramen, stop by and give Ten Gu Ramen a try. The beer is cold, the soup is hot, and the ambiance is enjoyable – even when it’s packed.

Wow this might be our new Ramen place. The dumplings were amazing and the fried rice was really good probably the best in bakersfield. Seafood ramen was packed with different seafood. Wife got the chasu ramen and she loved it

This is NOT good ramen… I’m unsure why they don’t season anything. The chashu is just seared pork with maybe salt on it, no marinade or flavor and dry and thin. The eggs are NOT marinated just reg plain eggs. The sauce barely has any flavor. They don’t offer spicy tonkotsu ramen. It was very expensive and was only around the quality of making instant ramen at home and adding porkchop and boiled egg to it. I was excited but fully disappointed. Fried Tofu was also flavorless. The sauce that comes with it was decent but not enough to flavor the tofu itself. It was strange. It was the texture of when you cook an egg for too long and it turns brown rather than being crisp on the outside. Not returning. The service was good, and instructions followed but that’s not a reason I’d force myself to eat flavorless ramen.
