I love little family owned businesses and hole in the wall places with great food. I wanted so much to love this place, but it’s not for me. It’s a little country place which I love about it, but not super clean and pretty worn out, and that would be fine if the food was awesome. I sat down and waited a pretty good while before someone brought me a menu, I was wondering if I was supposed to order at the register. The server finally made it over and was very nice and friendly and I placed my order. I waited another very long time for the food, and it wasn’t worth the wait. Link sausages were deep fried brown ‘n serve, scrambled eggs were a flat patty cooked hard, biscuit was good, gravy was the white milk gravy with the only flavor being the pepper in it and no sausage. I don’t think in a sit down diner you should be eating off of paper plates using plastic utensils. I’m thinking the reason they stay in business is it’s the only diner for a ways around, the prices are reasonable, and the people are nice. It isn’t the breakfast.

Me and a friend had breakfast at the Telford Diner and the food was amazing and the sweet tea is the best I’ve ever had. Staff are so friendly and the diner is so clean. A great experience!!
