Living large with out of town guests, we had a feast of Japanese delights. Nice setting and location. Staff are attentive and fast. Not too expensive, and the quality far exceeds the price.

This restaurant is small and popular, and had a really great selection of well-marked vegan and vegetarian rolls. The Miso soup can be vegetarian for an extra $1. Has Japanese beers on tap (Sapporo and Asahi). Service is a little slow, but unobtrusive and there were no issues with our order. It’s a little pricey, but worth it for a nice night out.

Good, albeit unspectacular local spot for sushi. Service is friendly and food comes out real quick. Been disappointed in the miso soup being lukewarm every time I’ve ordered it. Not sure why I keep ordering it at this point. The small omakase combo platter for $25 is a fairly good deal considering we are in SF, but it’s on the smaller side to be a full meal.

This is our neighborhood go-to for a dinner out with the whole family. Our kids love the ramen, udon, and gyoza and the sashimi and sushi can’t be beat. To top it off, the customer service and hospitality is top notch. So glad to have Tekka House in Glen Park.
