Holyyyyy cow this place is so darn good my friend and I got the birria pizza and I don’t think I’ve had anything so good enter my mouth. 10/10 would come again and their aqua frescas are so fresh and yummy also I added a photo of the aftermath of our meal

I give them three stars simply because I ordered here for the first time today. I’ve picked up plenty of orders for this place through door dash. That’s what inspired me to try them. I order the four tacos. Half with cheese and half without. Simply because cheese can change the taste of the birria. Unfortunately all of them had cheese. Not a great first impression as far as paying attention to customer orders. Don’t get me wrong the food is delicious. Just wish I could’ve had the tacos with and without cheese. Just to experience both ways. I’ll probably be going back to get some Birria-New tacos without cheese.

First time trying this place out and the quesabirria tacos are amazing. Super flavorful, and their green sauce is perfect – nice and hot. The guys were very friendly and the food came out quick. Will definitely return.

Don’t skip this place!! Pull over and try ’em!! How come there isn’t a 10 ⭐ star option on Google? The food is fire !! My kid ordered a kids meal simply to have something while we all ate. He said, “I wasn’t even hungry but these quesadillas are delicious!” He chowed-down for sure. (The attached picture is of his 2nd half of the full quesadilla. Kids portion is a large amount.) Adult plates were big portions (we could not finish our plates). Food was ultra fresh. If they keep this up, they’re bound to expand, no doubt. We’ll def be revisiting ASAP. ❤️

Tejas Birria in New Braunfels is hands-down my favorite spot for Quesabirria tacos — the best I’ve had in the area! The first time I tried them, I waited about 30 minutes, but it was absolutely worth it. Now I always order ahead for pickup because I crave them often. The food is flavorful, perfectly cooked, and consistently delicious. This is my go-to food truck for authentic, mouthwatering Quesabirria. 10/10 recommend!

Delicious. Super messy, but they provided a lot of napkins. The green sauce had a kick to it. Plenty of fresh red onion, cilantro, and lime. A great combo. The watermelon agua fresca came in a huge cup and had a ton of watermelon flavor, not watered down.

This, this was something else. I awaited with bated breath for my food to arrive, me and my girlfriend scrolled through all the reviews mouths watering. Now not to sound obese, but when I bit into the food a small tear ran down my face. This is hands down the best Birria I have ever had 10/10 thank you for giving me this spiritual experience.

How did this place get 4.9 stars? It’s easy a solid 5. The Birria is tender, flavorful, and good portion sized. The consume and portions of onions,limes, and Cilantro are great. The green sauce is spicy and delicious. There’s not a single thing to complain about. We got it yesterday and just order 3 of the Tejas Family platters and it’s possibly better today than it was yesterday.
