First time at this establishment and will definitely be back. The restaurant had a steakhouse / supper club feel. Order the pulled bison brisket with mashed potatoes and it was fantastic. Also ordered the bison sliders that were also fantastic. Our server Tashawndia was great and knew the menu well and made lots of suggestions for our first time being there.

Our experience at Ted’s was top notch! The service was incredible (ask for Andersyn’s section, she’s the best & was so helpful/knowledgable!), food was delicious and cooked to perfection, the ambiance was romantic mixed with an at-home feeling, and the restaurant was super clean! Everyone was so friendly; being greeted by the GM at the front door was super comforting, and we’ll definitely be back! Don’t think twice, make a reservation and check this place out!

What are little honey hole. This place has great steaks and awesome fries as well as homemade onion rings. Process with which they make the onion rings and fries renders them tremendously crispy. Had fun with Holly at the bar. I recommend and will return.

Had to go for the onion rings with horseradish sauce and get a bison burger. Food was on par and so was the service. Beginning of dinner shift so it was quiet and food came quickly.

We’ve always been big fans of Ted’s Montana Grill, and still will be, but our recent visit was sub par at best.
Our waitress was nice enough and took care of us well, the problems we had did not involve her in any way. There were very few other tables occupied and we should have seen the writing on the wall. The food was not up to what we expect from the chain. Our bison nachos came out cold, the waitress took them and had them remade, and the second time they were warm at best. The onion rings were cooked just right, sans the clump of six that were stuck together. The overall attentiveness of the staff was low. I had to go to the front myself to get the kids wax strings from the empty host stand, and were we seated next to the wait staff alley way and could hear most of their conversations.
The cleanliness wasn’t great, especially coming in not long after dinner shift had taken over. The bathrooms could be cleaner, but most of the equipment seems degraded from the years of wear and tear.
Overall, unless there is new management I wouldn’t plan on coming back. I don’t live in Indianapolis and we used to go out of our way to eat at a Ted’s Montana Grill, but not this location.

Place was amazing! Hadn’t been to a Ted’s before, and we had a great experience here. Bar side seating next to the open kitchen is awesome! Staff were total pro’s and very nice too 🙂

This restaurant is beautiful with great ambiance. Out server was absolutely great, and was the highlight of the evening. Unfortunately, I ordered only mashed potatoes, which came cold and bland. Salt did not help. The dessert, however, was one of the best i’ve ever had. It was a type of apple crisp cobbler with ice cream, and it was phenomenal. I only wish I had ordered a different entrée.

Worst meal ever. I asked for my broccoli to be cooked well done. It was slightly warmed when brought to my table. I sent it back and asked for it to be cooked through. It came back so hard I still couldn’t put a fork into it. And on top of that, one of my chicken breasts was undercooked. I don’t eat pink/red chicken breast. Over priced for what was received.

Pretty good food. Definitely a unique experience and a good way to be exposed to bison burgers and bison in general. The first time I went here was on my birthday a couple years ago. I had the bison bacon cheeseburger and it was really delicious. Definitely have the burgers medium well for the best flavor and texture. The meat is very lean so well done will change the taste and texture.
This time I went with more people and we all got different things we hadn’t had before. I got a table early and a waiter came over to take my drink order and offered to take an order for an appetizer while I waited. He was very polite and made sure my drink or my son’s was ever empty. Very attentive waiter and friendly. He offered the items of the day and some of us tried them. The devour Indy event was still active so that was an option as well. Absolutely an idea to consider and it is a great way to try the food at a good cost.
The food was good and came out very quickly. When we ordered dessert we also ordered a to go order and they came out at the same time. Very fast service.
Pleasant atmosphere and nice clean restaurant.
I will go back again and try some new menu items. Good for families and groups to enjoy a meal.

Ordered a takeout order. Arrived and waited to get some sides. Kept waiting. A server asked if I had everything and I said I needed to sides of ranch. She walked off and never returned. After waiting a while and having other employees just stare at me and do nothing. I left. Such a disappointing. With only two tables with people why is service so poor?

This was a great experience. Food was cooked exactly like we wanted and tasty. The drinks should get their own review because the bartender was doing what was needed to be DONE! EVERYTHING was good. We ordered an Avalon burger with 50/50 sides and Ted’s bacon cheeseburger
