I took my family to Ted’s for lunch. My wife ordered the bison brisket meal and we ordered our son the kids cheeseburger. The bison brisket needs a new name as it’s certainly not brisket. It should be called stewed roast beef. Expecting anything like brisket will be a disappointment. Along with this came bland carrots and hard/dry mashed potatoes. To make lunch more interesting our son’s cheeseburger was about the size of a slider. For $10 you would expect at least an average size burger. I had the mushroom Swiss bison burger which was good. The waitress and cook were great as they both inquired about our issue with the brisket. This item just needs to be removed from the menu or avoided if your reading reviews.

I had a good experience visiting this location as the atmosphere was great entering the restaurant with some friends visiting for the weekend! The food was a bit underwhelming which I feel like you could get better at other restaurants but just my experience! The service was great and the price wasn’t as bad as I thought! Overall a good experience!

I tried this restaurant for the first time. I had passed by it before but never stopped. I had the brick plate chicken. It came with broccoli and mashed potatoes. I enjoyed the meal. It was very flavorful. Service was wonderful.

This is one of the best restaurants I have ever been to. My waitress Dani was fantastic. She was quick, efficient, professional, witty, caring, lighthearted, and friendly. She was one of the best waitresses I have ever had the pleasure of being served by. This is also a testament to the management and leadership because this restaurant is obviously well led and well run. Dani was a great representation of that!

We had an amazing experience, and a huge part of that was our server, Samantha. She truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. From the moment we sat down, she was attentive, thoughtful, and incredibly accommodating with all of our requests — never rushed, never annoyed, just genuinely kind and on top of it all. My experience at Ted’s was outstanding, and a huge reason was DeMarco. From the moment we were seated, he made us feel comfortable, welcomed, and well taken care of. He knows the menu front to back, gives great recommendations, and always checks in at the perfect time.
He’s friendly, professional, and truly cares about making sure his guests have a great dining experience. The food came out hot and fresh, and DeMarco made sure everything was perfect from start to finish.
If you’re planning to visit Ted’s, definitely ask for DeMarco! He’s one of the best and makes the whole experience unforgettable.

I had an incredible experience at this restaurant! I ordered the steak, and it was cooked perfectly—tender, flavorful, and honestly one of the best I’ve had in a long time.
Our server, Aaron, made the whole meal even better. He was AMAZING—super attentive, friendly, and made us feel really taken care of the entire time. His service alone was worth the visit!

It is upon this occasion that I must share some thoughts on the food from This establishment. In the past, we have been shorted a desert on several occasions, no biggie, we call expected to be refunded, nope but they say we can drive back & get it. Well our solution, stopped adding on those little extra treats (so a bit less spent less sales for them) ;

The burgers at one time were so choice! Ample patty size, expertly cooked to the consumer’s selected temp …
Well, Please see photos … we asked for Medium rare & Medium well – both look like they were just pulled out of the grinder & dragged across the grill for 10 seconds each side.

For my lunch at work ordered a Big Sky salad with salmon for pickup through DoorDash. I was at work and ran out to pick up the salad. I got back to the office and there was no fork or napkins. Then after opening the salad the salmon was raw and the croutons were stale. DoorDash can’t give me a refund as there is not internet access for my phone to send them a picture. I called Ted’s and they were completely unsympathetic and even argued with me that the salmon is cooked on a timer so it shouldn’t be raw.
I am at work and asked them to make another one for me. I had to call back to speak to a manager to tell them to cancel it because a last minute meeting was scheduled and I cannot leave. The girl who answered the phone was also rude and put me on hold without a response when iIasked for the manager. Now I am sitting here eating a pack of crackers from the vending machine for lunch waiting for a manager to call me back to give me coupons to eat at their crappy restruant again.
