Stopped in here to pre drink and have some food before the Predators game. Claimed to have a great hamburger. No arguments here. Band played, but wasn’t as loud as so many on the strip. You could actually carry on a conversation. Lots of drink choices and the bartenders were friendly and very busy!! Definitely a hidden gem for Nashville!

10/25 Update:
This is definitely now one of our frequent Nashville spots. It’s perfect if you are seeing a show at the Bridgestone arena. The rooftop bar makes for a great place to people watch and it’s got a much more chill vibe than other bars in the area.
We had a really good experience at Teddy’s! Great craft beer options. The service was good and our server was very nice.

The food was awesome. I loved the Nashville hot chicken Sandwich.

Great place to stop in for a drink and something to eat downtown. Can’t wait to come back.

Super fun spot across from Bridgestone Arena right off the Broadway Strip. They have a rooftop area to enjoy as well as the downstairs bar off the street with seating and a small stage to enjoy cocktails, local beers, and live music.
Staff was very fun and friendly.
Good prices and selection of drinks.

We had such a great time at Teddy’s Tavern. The hospitality was warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive from the moment we walked in.

A big shoutout to Emily, the General Manager, for running such a smooth and friendly operation. Tasha in the kitchen deserves major credit too because the burger was outstanding and easily one of the best we’ve had in a long time.

The bartenders were also fantastic. Crystal, Lindsay, Julianna, and Matt were all fun, personable, and on point, and they made us feel like regulars right away.

We loved the live music and one of our favorite parts of the night was learning the history of Teddy’s. It added so much character and made the experience even more special. We will absolutely be back.

Great little spot in the heart of the action. Hall of Fame, Arena, Convention Center, Broadway…. Definitely worth a stop. Food looked and smelled great but I didn’t eat during this stop.
And music!

eddy’s Tavern is everything you want in a Nashville spot and then some. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is welcoming, energetic, and genuinely fun without feeling over-the-top or chaotic. It’s the perfect balance of lively and comfortable, making it just as great for stopping in before or after an event.

The food was outstanding. Everything we ordered was fresh made with care — not your typical rushed downtown bar food. The menu has something for everyone, and the portions and quality were absolutely delivered. Pair that with excellent drinks, a solid beer selection, and well-made cocktails, and it’s easy to settle in and stay awhile.

What really sets Teddy’s apart is the overall experience. The staff was friendly and attentive, handling a busy crowd with ease. TVs were perfectly placed for watching a game, and the live music added to the atmosphere without overpowering conversation. The rooftop space is an added bonus — a great place to relax, enjoy a drink, and take in the energy of downtown without being right in the middle of the Broadway chaos.

Whether you’re in town for a concert, a game at Bridgestone Arena, or just looking for a place with great food, great drinks, and an unbeatable vibe, Teddy’s Tavern is a must. This is one of those spots you’ll want to come back to every time you’re in Nashville.

This was our first stop on our trip to Broadway in Nashville! So glad we did. The music, service and food were incredible. Make sure to take time and visit these great spots just off Broadway, it’s worth the extra few steps.

Not bad for a small Nashville dive right off of Broadway. Fairly small and offers live music. Apparently there is a rooftop, but we didn’t make it up there.

Greeted with hometown hospitality even knowing I’m visiting. The first thing you recognize is great live music then the attentive staff. My opinion, best beer cheese in Nashville, and they claim best burger on Broadway.
