Excellent burgers. I got a Big, which is a 1/3lb burger. They asked how well I wanted it done. I asked for medium. They gave me a perfectly medium patty! I’ve paid more than twice at nice restaurants and they can’t get it right like this place.
The meat was juicy and tasty. I got the Swiss and it came with Swiss cheese, mushrooms, lettuce, tomatoes and sauce.
It was a really good sized meal.
Service was friendly and fast.
Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a burger done right.

Man, this was really, really good. Service was awesome, the team working was all very welcoming and light, smiles and greetings from everyone. We ordered the Paniolo burger special with fries and a soda and a son of a burger, a strawberry malted shake and cheese curds. Every bite was awesome. The burgers were perfect, the bun is soft and SO fresh. The fries were hot and the portions were huge. I was genuinely impressed with the son of a burger. The balance of this is just perfect. It’s everything you ever wished a Big Mac was and more. You can really tell that whoever puts the menu together LOVES burgers. There’s a lot of thought in the toppings and combinations. They aren’t just huge and sloppy, they’re huge and sloppy and delicious! I see the reviews where people say it’s too expensive. I disagree. You cannot compare this to fast food. The quality is much higher and it took me 5 minutes to get the best burger I’ve had out in years. Plus, have you been to McDonald’s lately? It’s still $40 for two and half the time it’s so gross you can’t eat it, or maybe you shouldn’t… this is a better dollar spent and with the warmth of the staff and the comfy deliciousness of those burgers, we felt right at home and won’t likely go anywhere else for a burger as long as these guys are around. Big mahalo Teddy’s and team! You are getting it right!

Made me a believer: first-time visitor and I found great burgers, very well-prepared, and a huge list of options. The burger was served hot and stayed that way until I finished. No overkill on extras made it a solid specialty burger with nice flavors.
Enjoyed the Kilauea Burger so much, I went back two days later for a melt-in-your-mouth, well-smoked pastrami.
Yep, I’ll be back.
Prices can get up there, especially with the specialty menu (e.g. $20-25 pp) but it’s a treat worth having.

Let me start by saying our bill for two people was $86.83 not including a tip. They advertise reasonable prices but though the burger don’t cost to much adding lettuce, tomatoes, onions plus making it a combo they charge for each thing this is unheard of however the burgers are more larger than most joints as the fry’s and tots but we could have eaten at a nice restaurant for this price would think it would have been more reasonable for half or maybe $50.

Really great and friendly service. Went in with two toddlers. Got our food fast. Everything was delicious. Prices are the same as almost everywhere else on the island. Would definitely go back and recommend to others.

You have to pay for every add on. Example: Teriyaki sauce, BBQ sauce, cheese and everything else that normally comes with a burger. By the time you are done adding fries and a drink, you are paying over $22.00. A shake is over $11.00 and not even spun right.
Soggy fries, sloppy burgers, over cooked chicken fingers.
Would definitely not return or recommend this restaurant.

BK, Jack in the Box and Wendy’s are better and 1/3 the price.
The 2 ladies taking the orders are the only reason I am giving an overall rating of a 3 star.

Amazing burgers, fries and cheese curds! The root beer floats are fun and tastey too. Will definitely be back to try all the different flavors of burgers!

Good local spot to grab a burger and more. Came for lunch during the week, ordered the double hawaiian with an o-ring and it was fantastic, portion size is good. Fast service, amicable staff, and clean establishment. Plenty of parking in the lot.

I visited this place today. I have told them 4times to make it vegan but they gave us burger with bacon. By mistake we were about to eat but luckily we didn’t. We have waited for 15 minutes for this. I strongly don’t recommend this place for vegetarians.

Placed an online order and when I arrived to pick up the shake wasn’t made. I was right on time so kindly asked for a refund on the shake. The cook who said she was also a manager said I needed to refund myself online and that she wasn’t able to give me money back. After like 10 mins of explaining how ridiculous that sounded I just walked away and she kept my $12. She had no suggestions or any type of solution. Not too sure how she’s even a manager if she can’t make a refund let alone think of a simple solution. I will never go back.
