Thought this was a restaurant not a stand. You have to order from the Gas Station and then go pick up at a little stand right to the gas station. The cashier told us of a Park near by where we could sit and eat the Crawfish. Nice Cashier

I’d heard quite a few people suggest the “Chevron Crawfish” and say it was the best they’ve ever had, but I admit I didn’t believe them until I tried out Jacob’s crawfish for a catering order tonight. It was AMAZING! The crawfish were a good size and the perfect amount of seasoning without being TOO spicy. The corn, potatoes and sausage were all very tasty as well and enjoyed tremendously by everyone in our party! Not to mention Jacob was prompt with our order and had it ready for pickup right away at my desired time. I already can’t wait to bring my nephews here when they come visit so I will definitely be back very soon!

One of the best crawfish spots in Ruston! Whether you’re in the mood for shrimp or crawfish they have it. They have a fantastic flavor and will even add more seasoning if you like yours a bit hotter. They run great specials if you want a taste of both as well! This is where I’m coming from now on!!
