Can’t believe I’ve been passing this place up for the past 2 years. Glad I finally gave them a try. I had the Rain of Fire bowl. The tuna & salmon were both fresh. The vegetable ingredients and toppings were crisp & fresh as well and together was a great culmination of flavors with the poke special sauce to top it off. The inside was clean was quiet. Will be returning and would recommend.

Absolutely love this place, have been going for 2 years here and it’s delicious every time!! Vegetarian and vegan options available make this place a gem of Jax! We asked for a vegetarian volcano roll, substituted the meats for the vegan chicken. Love this small business and will continue to support you guys! Boba/fruit teas, waffle ice creams, poke bowls or wraps, even few sushi options. Thank you for small family business❤️

Consistently the best hands down! The team is nice and the facility is clean. I always get the Rain of Fire – it’s super spicy depending on your tolerance to spice. I’d recommend removing the wasabi peas and/or the jalepeno to tone it down.

I think 5* is very underrated for this place! This has become one of my newest obsessions and my absolute new favorite place to go to! I mean everything on their menu (The Triforce is my favorite!) is fresh, tasteful, great quality and much more! I asked for “Salmon” 5 times and got long, silent, judgmental stares each time, no help, just watching me like a nuisance.
When ordering green tea boba, she repeatedly pushed me toward flavored options like honey or rose, speaking critically and impatiently. Don’t want to assume intent, but as a Black woman, I felt disrespected more than other customers, and she was noticeably friendlier with others.
Great food, poor service, I will not return.

I appreciate the apology. However, the issue wasn’t the drink itself it was the repeated dismissive behavior, lack of communication, and the way I was made to feel while ordering. Being stared at instead of helped is not a misunderstanding. I hope staff training focuses not just on orders, but on treating all customers with basic respect.
(Looks like they removed their apology since they knew they were gaslighting my entire experience. Whoops)

Southern CA girl has not been able to find good boba in Jacksonville until this place! They have the traditional boba milk tea and other flavors. Very traditional which is perfect. The boba drinks are NOT made with powder (hallelujah!!) and the boba has the perfect fresh taste. Most other places have horrible tasting boba – but not this place! Definitely recommend getting some poke and boba. They even have the bubble waffle cones for some dessert. Poke was fresh and lot of toppings. Lots of seating and good music.
