When we first came in we were served in a pretty typical manner, but when I went up to the bar to get drinks on my own, I waited thirty minutes. Twenty minutes in, a guy next to me finally confronted the bartender about it and only after that did she approach me and ask me what I needed. I said she could finish what she’s was doing and even after finishing the drink she was pouring, it still took ten minutes. It felt like blatant discrimination, which was exponentially more frustrating than having to wait thirty minutes to get served.

They seem to fluctuate on prices, and this happened on over 4 or 5 trips in the past two weeks. I’m not sure if it’s the bar staff trying to rip me off, bad training, communication, or something else.
Definitely a drawback to the place. Otherwise they seemed crowded, and for the most part everyone followed “covid rules.”

Went bar hopping with friends. The bartender was nice enough to mix a unique drink. We were only there for a couple of minutes but the vibe was pretty cool!

Customer service isn’t there strong suit , they barely listen when you try and say something to them . And I do mean the bartenders , one was nice enough to ask if I was all set .

This has become a classic neighborhood bar in the Aldenville section of Chicopee. Besides the many tv’s to watch the games they offer a pool table and live music on the weekends. If you are from Chicopee and stop in it is almost guaranteed you will find someone there you know. Although the drinks are a little pricey the have some unusual concoctions served by very attentive bartenders !!

I’ve been here three times so far and it’s one the worst bars I’ve ever been served at…. each time I’d ever tried to get a drink on those seperate ocassions it took at least a minimum of 5 minutes and the bar tenders ignore you while they grab one drink at a time… the last time I went I didn’t even get served for 30 minutes which made me walk out
