This place was so good for the most part everything was perfect and we showed up and emptied house spending about 400 dollars on BBQ. We wanted to do this review justice and it was all amazing besides the Sausage in my opinion was cheap tasting and overrated. But honestly all the good things made it almost un noticeable. The corn best ive had in my life not joking. The other meats great the cornbread I would fight a kid over. I can honestly go on and on ill let the 5 stars speak for themselves. Take the drive its worthwhile.

One of the better barbecue joints I’ve been to in Texas the ran out of a lot of their sides and jalapeño cheese sausage but we were there at 4pm on a Saturday afternoon so I didn’t anticipate them having everything on the menu. Good food, quick service and friendly faces. The gentleman ahead of us in line was a local and he told us what all they had available being it was real busy. Will definitely stop here again! Great BBQ stop heading into Lubbock or leaving Lubbock. Service is friendly! On the weekends they run out of item so unless you come early be prepared. We shared a 3 meat sliced brisket, chopped brisket and smoked ham. Very generous portions and enough for two to share! They even gave us an extra plate. Make you you ask for pickles and onions if you like those items. We have the potato salad (mustard base) and baked potato salad (lots of butter) both side items were tasty!

We were just driving by on a Saturday, saw the good reviews and stopped for lunch. I’m a vegetarian and got the baked potato (Saturdays only). My boyfriend got the sliced brisket and said it melted in his mouth. The green chile mac and cheese was also excellent. Prices were reasonable. We would definitely stop again if ever in the area.

There was a young man working the counter when we walked in. He was leaning against the counter and didn’t greet us, or even look up he just asked what we wanted. Never looked up at us just wrote our order, gave us our total & didn’t even say anything after that. No “thank you” or “your food will be out shortly” nothing. Gave us our food and still said nothing. This was a Sunday 12/7/25 in the afternoon. Food was amazing!! Atmosphere was great as well, just the type of mom and pop places I love! I wished we hadn’t had to get food to go and was able to sit and enjoy the atmosphere. I hate that I had to give the service such a low score but this needs to be addressed because some people may not give your give establishment a second chance. I know I will and I hope anyone reading this will try it as well!

Have been going to this place now for about 10 years. The food is fabulous, we’re usually passing through so it’s somewhat random when we’re getting there. Almost always a pretty good line but the food is well worth waiting for! One of my favorite barbecue joints!

We are traveling across the country and stopped at TC’s, yearning for a good meal and authentic Texas BBQ. TC’s did not disappoint! The meal was fantastic and the staff was so welcoming. The restaurant is also very clean, neat, and full of options. It was a great relief and the best meal we’ve had on our roadtrip. This place is a must-stop on your travels!

I was able to park my semi next to this place and try the bbq. It was fantastic. The brisket was melt in your mouth yummy, super tender. The 2 sausages that I tried were perfect. Will definitely be back.

My first Texas BBQ was here – and it did not disappoint. The broccoli salad and sausage were really special. They also let me park an RV overnight.
