WORST SERVICE OF MY LIFE. I try and avoid giving businesses a 1 star review (let alone one star across the board) but I had to make an exception for this place. My group of 3 were the only people there at 11:00 AM and we were standing further for the counter while looking at the menu and what we wanted to order. The person working the counter gave us about 10 seconds before rolling their eyes at us for not knowing what we had wanted yet (again we are the only people there) we place our orders and take a seat while we wait. My friends coffee gets dropped off, but one that was dropped off was the wrong order. I wait about 10 minutes and I still don’t have my coffee or food (still the only people there). During this time my friend noticed they did not get what they ordered. I go up to the person at the counter and let them know an order is wrong and that I had not gotten my coffee and sandwich yet. He rolls his eyes and says he will get on it. I wait again and I get a piece of bread with ham on it…….. I ordered a bagel sandwich with bacon egg and cheese. (Still the only people in there) I tell them politely again they some of our orders are still wrong. Finally got the correct orders after that. Worst customer service ever, employees were extremely mean to my friends and I during the whole situation and did not apologize ever, and the amount of whispering and eye rolls when we were ordering or just asking for help was extremely rude and uncalled for when we were extremely polite.

The location was a coffee shop previously, and Tazza is still a bit in the process of moving in, I think. The complex sign still says Crystal Coffee, but the building signage has been updated. I may have to revisit my review in a few weeks after they’ve been here longer.
The coffee is decent, though not a lot of wow factor for the price. I got a chai latte and a dark roast coffee. The chai was good, and the coffee was okay. I also got an onion and mushroom kringle, which was decent. Bonus points for having clearly labeled vegan options, though!
Service was prompt, friendly, and efficient. I’d definitely go back.

Very cute coffee shop. I LOVED the lavender macchiato I got. Very quick service and friendly staff. I definitely will be coming back!!! The owner is super sweet and friendly. I came back recently and tried the spring coffee flight it was amazing!

Super cool vibe with unique coffee choices. Loved the seasonal latte flight and can’t wait to try more flavors. Didn’t know they have a lemonade flight, so we’ll definitely be back. Also got their cinnamon caramel scone. Wished they heated it up, but it was still good.

Excellent coffee; the toffee crunch was very good. Breakfast croissant was okay. Points docked because the “croissant” was more like a flaky biscuit (square). Vibes of the shop were nice. Overall experience was affected by the older woman working on 9/25/25 around noon. She was not welcoming at all and almost sounded annoyed with being there. Also, the music choice was really bizarre (country/folk concert comedy type thing..?). Didn’t make us want to stay.

Cozy spot with great vibes! The coffee is rich and flavorful, and the pastries are always fresh. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is perfect for relaxing or getting some work done. Definitely a favorite!

My friend and I stopped in here on a Saturday morning, a little after 8 or their opening time. We purposefully came to experience their coffee flight and hot cocoa flight.
Unfortunately you cannot order two of each – two coffee two hot cocoa, which we were really hoping to do. It was disappointing they don’t offer a third option. I think this would be a popular option for customers.
We ended up ordering the hot cocoa flights, which change flavors seasonally. I believe the four flavors were as follows – double chocolate hot cocoa, peppermint hot cocoa, toasted marshmallow hot cocoa and white mocha hot cocoa. It took the employee 20 minutes before we received our order for reference. The presentation was really cute, all the cups were Instagram worthy for sure 😉
Both of us enjoyed the double chocolate and peppermint flavor. We didn’t enjoy the other two. They were both overly sweet, they almost tasted like the milk left at the bottom after eating sugary cereal. I wouldn’t recommend those flavors and I think they should work on them.
The atmosphere at the cafe was pretty good. I think they could offer more seating options along the side wall and could fit more people. Around 9 o’clock people were standing around hoping for a table to open.
I would go back to try another flight if they offered half coffee half hot cocoa.
