*This review is written by someone who is a harsh food critic and would close down 99% of sit down restaurants in Denver metro, but I LOVE this place. It deserves 10 stars. You have to try it.
The food is consistantly excellent! Their food is prepared with care, love and passion for cooking, and it shows. I have eaten heare three times since they opened. Their vegetables/ salads are always fresh and delicious.
Their grilled shrimps are delicious, they are “mediterranean spicy” in the best way.
Their falafels are different than anywhere else. They have a baked softness rather than fried crust.
This time I had the Mediterranean salad. It is filling, delicious with the pita chip having a surprising flavorful twist – It is seasoned with an mediterranean spice.
The only thing that is simple about their food: it is simply delicious!
Everything on their menue has something that will surprise you in the best way.

This is exactly what this area needed! More healthy, cooked to order, affordable food! For my first order, had to keep it simple with the “Street Gyro”, came with chips and one side – chose the pasta salad. Only 10.99! Order took about 5 minutes , which feels kike the perfect amount of time as it was cooked to order. Lots of tables / booths to eat in, or a good set up for take out / online orders. Can’t wait to work through the menu with future orders. Harrisa chicken and Turkish meatballs looks great. Thanks!

We loved everything we tried — the street gyros, spicy harissa hummus, and Greek salad were all absolutely delicious! The only thing we’d change is to have a few more olives with the hummusand fries instead of chips, but overall, it was a fantastic meal!

VERY clean, staff were friendly, food came quick and was hot and cooked on the spot. You can see where the food is being prepared. Everything was flavorful. Awesome experience. I hope this place is mainstay in highlands ranch. We could use more of this over here.

We have ordered the team lunch here multiple times and I have ordered the spicy hummus TOGO probably another 5-8 times. It’s gotten better! Pretty awesome to say that but it was good before and only gotten better which means your team has found their flow and perfected everything. Excellent place. We all highly recommend!

Delicious gyros and plates—everything tastes fresh and full of flavor. I’ve picked up takeout from here a few times now, and it’s consistently good. It’s really nice to have a spot like this in the area. The grilled veggies and chips were especially tasty, and if you enjoy some heat, the spicy harissa chicken is a great choice. heads up – on weekends, it does tend to get a little busy around dinner time, understandably so.

I was so excited to discover this wonder new restaurant opened in Highlands Ranch. The food is high-quality and very delicious. The service is excellent, friendly and personal. The atmosphere is pleasant, and interior attractively designed and well-maintained. Taziki’s is our go-to place for impeccable Mediterranean dine-in and take-out here at “the Ranch”!
