I had the chicken skewers and falafel special for lunch. Additionally I ordered a side Greek salad; 5 stars and was phenomenal. The chicken was extremely dry and should get 3 stars. Other than that the food was delicious and with great ingredients. Overall service was fast, prices were reasonable and there is a small indoor seating area.
I should deduct one star as there was no bathroom available.

I stopped by Taza Cafe looking for something casual and comforting, and it ended up being one of those easy, feel-good spots. The space is cozy and relaxed, nothing flashy, just warm lighting and the smell of fresh coffee and grilled food in the air. I ordered a shawarma plate and it came out generous and flavorful, with tender meat, fluffy rice, and fresh salad that didn’t feel like an afterthought. Everything tasted homemade, like real care went into it. The coffee was strong and smooth, perfect to sit with for a while. Service felt genuinely friendly, not overly polished, just welcoming. It’s the kind of neighborhood café you can come back to regularly without overthinking it.

We had an excellent experience placing a large catering order for over 100 students on less than two days’ notice. The staff who took our call were incredibly kind, patient, and helpful, making the entire process smooth and stress-free.

We especially appreciated that the food was halal and that there were gluten-free options, which made it possible to accommodate everyone’s needs. On top of that, the food was just as amazing and delicious as promised.

The delivery driver was professional, friendly, and on time, and the order arrived well organized and ready to serve. Overall, outstanding service, great care, and truly excellent food. We would absolutely recommend them for large events and catering!

Amazing food and extremely fair prices for downtown Chicago. They were very accommodating to peanut allergies. They have the best falafel I’ve ever had. The chicken was a little dry but flavorful.

Pretty straight forward kebab place. All food is made fresh and portion is nice. Food is not over seasoned and the platters are pretty filling. Comfortable seating and decorated motif. Falafel were made to order. Hummus was smooth as silk and I like they used sumac spice on top of the food which gave a nice accent of flavors. All food was delicious and sauces were unique and plentiful! Deserts were really good and made with real butter! Great place to pick up great food at a good price!
