From start to finish working with Yolanda at Taylors Bakery was a joy. She is the kindest and most knowledgeable person, and she made our daughter and fiancé feel special when selecting a wedding cake. The cake they chose was stunningly beautiful but also delicious. Our guests raved about how good the traditional white wedding cake was. It was even more delicious than the samples! If you like traditional wedding cake, Taylor’s is the bakery to use, and make sure you work with Yolanda. She makes you feel like family!!

We have been customers for over 40 years. We obviously liked the baked goods at Taylor’s. Especially the cakes. Somehow they were unique.
Not so much any more. over the past couple of years the cakes and even breakfast rolls have become more like Kroger’s or Jack’s fare.
You have also become less accommodating. No longer can place my traditional Valentines order of pink icing on a cream filled roll. Sorry, just not the same.

came in to inquire about ordering a birthday pull-apart cake. From the start, the associate I spoke with seemed completely uninterested in assisting me. I showed her a reference photo from Google, to which she responded by asking if it was from your website. She then suggested a completely different cake option that I had zero interest in, rather than engaging with what I was actually requesting.
To clarify, I pulled up the exact pull-apart cake on your website and showed it to her. Unfortunately, her demeanor remained dismissive and disengaged. When I asked if the cake could be customized into a Cookie Monster theme, she abruptly stated that you “don’t do that,” without offering any explanation or alternatives.
Overall, the customer service I received was rude, unwelcoming, and left me feeling as though my business did not matter. As this was my first experience visiting your bakery, it will unfortunately also be my last.

Extremely pleased with my experience with Taylor’s Bakery. I was able to make arrangements with the bakery to have a cake delivered to a local restaurant with no issues. We ordered a red velvet cake with cream cheese icing and it was absolutely delicious!
