I’m a truck driver stuck at my delivery. And Taylor Street Pizza brought me a fantastic pie. One of the best pizzas I’ve ever tasted. The cheese was so stretchy and the pepperoni and sauce were just awesome. The very nice girl who took my order and the delivery driver were very professional and courteous. Thank you!!! I have ordered from TS over 25 times. We have always been extremely satisfied with their food and service. However, the past 2-3 times we’ve ordered, the food has arrived just barely warm and the quality is not quite the same.
For my most recent order … the wings were burnt dry.
I was so surprised they would even send them out looking like this. I believe the young lady said she’d give me a refund but the transaction hasn’t posted yet. I just wanted TS to see what they sent out to me.

I have used Taylor Street many times for catering. I just used them this weekend and they did not disappoint. They are so friendly! The driver arrived on time for the food and did an amazing job setting it up. I love the food and service. I wouldn’t hesitate using them again.

This is my dinner tonight. How can they send something out the door to a customer COOKED LIKE THIS? Shame on me for not checking order before I left. Contacted manager Jake and he was little or no help. He would not make a fresh one and deliver to my house. He said his drivers would not deliver to my house because they would not get paid. Asked to talk to owner Sean. Was told he was on vacation (How many times have we heard that one) Maybe Sean does not realize his customers paid for that vacation he is on. Would strongly suggest checking your order before leaving or better yet order from Lou Malnati’s or Moretti’s down the street. PLEASE check reviews before ordering from this location. What happened to the days when customer satisfaction was a priority? Happy Holidays.
