I was fresh off of work and extremely tired as well as hungry. I stopped by Taylor street pizza right before they closed and was able to get me and my family pizza and tacos. Excellent customer service and understanding. They never let the fact that it was close to closing time affect good customer service! And the food was awesome! Definitely spend $$ here!

Wow! Their Chicago style pizza is amazing. Prices are much better then the over rated expensive pizza stores down the street. Pizza was excellent. Very heavy, 1 piece is definitely enough for 1 person. Great service, very friendly. We were in town for a hockey tournament, very happy we decided to go here! Can’t go wrong with the cannoli either!

Used to be my favorite pizza however when I ordered on NYE it was absolutely terrible my daughter and I threw it out. I ordered extra cheese and beef on half. I’m not sure what happened but it had oil dripping from it and the beef was all over. If you pressed down on it the oil would come out. It was gross we threw it out I have a feeling they reheated it and sent it out.

Has a menu item called “grilled chicken caesar wrap” that comes dry with no caesar dressing. Manager said it’s not their fault they didn’t put caesar because you have to select a dressing when ordering it online. The website doesn’t even give you an option to choose a dressing when ordering it. I don’t normally leave reviews but this was so dumb and handled poorly lol

I ordered from Taylor Street many times. So many times that I had to give them a long break until yesterday. My taste of Taylor Street pizza changed after giving other local pizzerias a chance. And honestly, nothing against Taylor Street. One bite, everybody knows the rules, right? After a decent hiatus, I no longer enjoy their pizza. The flavor isn’t as intense as other local pizzerias such as Rosati’s, V&V, Sir Nick, etc. Maybe their mozzarella doesn’t have enough salt? Not sure what exactly it is. I give their pizza a 5/10. If others enjoy their pizza, I can totally see the higher scores. But for me compared to what is in the area, I mean Taylor Street is cheaper and it is better than fast food pizzerias like Dominos, Little Cesar’s or Marcos. However, something is missing. Also, they have a decent crunch to their pizzas although I think a better crunch can be added. If I could, 2.5/5 on Google reviews but they do not give me the ability to do half’s. Therefore, I am giving them a generous 3/5 even though it should be 2.5.
Also, I recently tried their cheese fries. The cheese sauce was very delicious. Their fries were very meh. Perhaps some additional seasoning may help.

Great pizza and like the double dough option as we get a thin and a double and the whole family is happy. The order is always correct and the service is outstanding. Friendly, polite and helpful.

Went here once before for a slice. Got a pepperoni slice; tasted ok but the breading was a dealbreaker. Way too dense and felt like eating a loaf of bread, especially the thick empty crust. Honestly reminded me of the pizza my high school served. Would rather go to Little Caesar’s across the street and get a whole mediocre pie for $5.
