Taylor Sam’s was born in Brick NJ in 2013, with the same dream to expand their family in a new community. Chef Scott’s and Dawn’s goal has always been to offer a great breakfast and lunch experience for the local residents and visitors to the Jersey Shore. With the creation of an eclectic and homestyle menu featuring “scratch cooking”, young Taylor Sam’s was groomed to harbor the same quality ingredients, personal service and values that Scott and Dawn had always offered the extended family that graced their doors.

Visited Taylor Sam’s for the first time and they did not disappoint! From the beautiful ambience to the incredible food, everything was top tier. We had Courtney as our waiter and she was absolutely amazing—so friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. We ordered her recommendations and every single dish was delicious. We can’t wait to come back and try more of the menu.

Had such a great experience here! The food was absolutely fire, everything came out fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. You can tell they really care about quality. Learned that everything was made in house! 10/10 food but the RANCH- FIREEE Our waiter, Lexi, was super attentive the whole time. She made sure we had everything we needed without being overbearing, checked in at the right moments, and had such a friendly vibe. Asked once- received. Didn’t need to double back! She really elevated the whole experience. Shout out Lexi!

The food is great !! The service is was ok. The boy at the counter and doing the to go orders was honestly a sweetheart really took the time explain the specials on the menu! However his manager I suppose was a little more cut and dry. I felt a tad bit intimidated to go back up and order another pastry cause she seemed annoyed. The food is worth it and coffee is amazing though!!! Worth the drive

Had breakfast this morning with my wife at Taylor Sam’s new location on 1643 Rt 88 . I have been a fan since their older location. They may have moved but nothing has changed in their
way of serving the public. From the front door greeting hello ! The owners , the front of the house and back of the house CLICK LIKE A FINE TUNED MACHINE .. Great food along with great smiles and friendly service Atmosphere is crisp and omg bright and cheery. Rest rooms were spotless also. Now having 2 locations .
Food and service like this amazing . I wouldn’t be surprised if more locations open. Great Job guys . Jim McGuire

I really enjoy breakfast and lunch at Taylor Sam’s. I’m allergic to dairy and gluten and they have lots of options for me. My friends and I love everything from their omelettes, tacos, burgers, sandwiches and more. Their food is fresh, thoughtfully prepared and so delicious. My big treat is their amazing lattes ! So yummy and they have all different kinds of milk options if anyone’s allergic.. One of my favs, definitely give them a try .

So excited I got to try this place. We were greeted and served by David. He was absolutely amazing. He knew it was our first time and made us confident in our choices. His professionalism and his ability to be so friendly and personable at the same time is something we extremely appreciated. He didn’t just check up on us because he had to, he genuinely cared and we wanted to leave this review because it’s hard to come across great service that we received today. From the second we stepped into and left those doors, service was top notch. Thank you David! Thank you for making an hour and a half drive worth it and we will definitely be back!

Had a great breakfast here! Had one of their specialty lattes and the Taylor’s Benedict. The entire menu sounded great so it was hard to choose. Wait staff was very friendly! Idk if it was just where I was seated but i will admit it was a a bit noisy, not a bad thing since I was dining alone. Just something worth mentioning if you are coming with a big group/expecting a quiet ambiance!

This was our first time here and we cannot wait to come back! The vibes were really nice but homey at the same time! There was about a 25 minute wait on a Sunday at 11 AM. Everything is made fresh there, our server told us they don’t use anything from a freezer which was awesome to hear! They have a few gluten free marked options on the menu, which I appreciated. Not only was the food amazing, but the presentation was also on point!! Highly recommend!!!
