This is our go to spot when in Carlisle. The food is fresh and consistently prepared. Rak (host) is friendly and engaging. Dinner portions are a good size. You’ll want to sample a lot of items off the menu and guaranteed won’t leave hungry.

This is a small Thai restaurant off of the main street. I was served a delicious plate of chicken, bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, carrots, baby corn, celery, and scallion in a sweet, salty, spicy savory ginger sauce. There was only one server during the busy lunch hour. He was very pleasant and calm while serving the many quest in the restaurant.

Very tasty, service was a little slow even without being busy. This may improve with a little more experience under their belt. I would suggest being explicit about how much spice you like. I loved it. The taste was fantastic. My wife found hers to be spicier than she prefers but tasty . We will definitely be eating here again.
